Lord Death

Death. What is it? Why does it happen? Is it painfull or painless? Thousands of people ask these questions thousands of times. However people are wrong to ask these questions. Rather the best question, is this: Who is Death?

This rp is set around the middle ages in a small town called Rook. The people in this town are quiet and content. But one girl is scared and sullen. She is this way because she can see him. She sees him whenever someone is about to die, is dying, or will die soon. She isn't sure who he is but she is about to learn a terrifiying thing about him. This man that she sees is Lord Death. Select people all over Angleland can see him too. Now they will all be brought together by this newfound ability. Now they must choose because if they continue to profess to see him, the king will have them all killed, but theres one more thing: Lord Death cannot harm him.

Abbie stood at the top of a skyscraper, waiting for the rain to start. Even though she did taekwondo, she loved to dance. The rain was her music, and the passion. The skies were dark enough to start lightning... She smiled and clenched her hands.

 

Yeah I will!! XD

BIC: Lord Death stood unseen in the unsuspecting mass of people. His eyes were for only one person and as he pushed past the people, that person slowly turned towards him. The man on the podium seemed to whiten and no sooner did Death reach the edge of the platform then a soft twang was heard and an arrow embedded itself in the man's chest. Death retreated for a minute so the man could enjoy his last few moments on Earth without having him starring over him.

What a trying business this is, and strange. People think they can defy me, but they cannot, no matter how hard they try. Well that is one more person. Now the next girl. What was her name? Abbie something...ah well it doesn't matter her name. And then that Leon fellow...hm...

 

Leon rested in an inn, he had been fighting bandits on his travels to this place. His sword was a relic yet was still as durable as todays finest craft. Leon rest his head on the fluffy pillow as he thought to himself, Everything only downhill from here.

 

Abbie heard the lightning start. Her face looked down, and she kept her hands clenched. The thunder was her music, the top of the hotel was her playground, and the rain was her beat. She began her intermediate dance, using her taekwondo as dance moves. She would hit the rain and dance around.

 

Lord Death clapped once, twice, three times. Appearing behind Abbie he stepped forward.

"Well done Ma Chérie, but I am afraid your time is at an end."

 

She turned, seeing a dark figure. She had her hair up in a curly pony tail, and she could feel her black dress dampen up. She chuckled.
"Pfft... bring it," she said, getting in her defensive stance. She looked rather cute, all dressed up, and getting ready to defend herself, for what she had done for years.

 

"Why is it that everyone thinks they can beat me," he asked no one in particular.

He closed his eyes and threw out his hand in her direction. Now, concentrating, he disconnected the nerves to her limbs so that she was now unable to move them.

"Your time is here, and I will not fight you."

She felt her world around her crash down. She laid on the roof, unable to feel anything. She wanted to cry, but she couldn't.
"Wait! Please Stop! I'll do anything!" she cried.

 

Daniel was walking the streets being coutious while he was looking around"well im safe today now i can enjoy it"he said to himself smiling.

 

Death sighed long and heavy. here was the part he hated, the begging. It almost made him have second thoughts but he rolled his eyes, deciding to humor her.

"Oh really?," he said, his voice smooth and rich," what would you do?"

 

She breathed heavily, trying to think.
"Anything.. Please... It's not my time yet..." she cried.
