The only "decent" ones I found on Google aren't really as good as the ones I found of Sora, Donald, and Goofy a long time ago, and I couldn't even find a decent one of Ventus, but I'll have another look. I've got the unedited versions below, so maybe someone else can do a better job. Usually my work is fine enough for me, but this time, not so much, except maybe the second Terra one. ...What if you cropped the BbS logos out of the pictures and then cropped the pictures to squares, so you could avoid the squished look?
I don't remember, but can't you do that in Photoshop like you can in InDesign by right-clicking the picture and choosing an option to fit the picture to the frame or vice versa? Usually helps with making them less squished.
Hold shift while you resize things and your image editor will constrain the proportions. If you really like this image of the BBS characters, there's a pretty hi-res one available, albeit without the white background.
