this n00b- calling problem has gotten so bad that you don't know if you are actually acting like a n00b or if the person calling you that is just a ******.
we've become a digital Roman Empire. the Internet has tons of them, but unlike most of them, which have major corporations make them fall apart, like youtube which is headed for doom, we are falling apart from within. if we could get everyone to act nicer and actually be COOL, we could probably fix this, but we can't because most users nowadays think they are the authority here and don't know anything other than bashing. the influx of newbies would be fine if we all just let them be, so they can develop into cool people, and admit it, we all make mistakes sometimes and people hate us for it, if the newbies do, we should just let them be.

 

Honestly, we were all n00bs at one time.
In my eyes, what we do to them, they'll do later when they mature.[ internet wise].

Now...Muffin Man...We Recognize the fact that the website isn't in its best of days, but it's not like the only problem is the N00b dilemma. I'll tell you, some new members go over the top, and even worse when they bash each other.

SPdude isn't doing ANYTHING to help us, we haven't been able to integrate new things. I don't know why this is, but he's been neglecting us severely. To top that off, we haven't seen so much improvement when it comes to staff, sure, we had some changes...doesn't mean we changed anything, because changing people doesn't trump the fact that the staff isn't able to incorporate anything new yet(SPdude).

As it stands Catch the Rain is only one person, alone she can't do much(SPdude), and if something happens to her we would be doomed. The coders are the only ones bringing the most new members to the website due to the codes.

I believe we could incorporate many new things, but everything needs to be planned accordingly. Not only by staff, but the members pitching in too.

Yeah. You're right. It's just that I talk about people I know, and I know RvR is actually into running into the CP, that was kinda silly of me, but yeah...I think my point still went across.
