    my mom's car was filled solid with ice when we got out of the mall and we had to wait 30 minutes in the car with the heat on high becuase the scrapper didnt work



    my sister happened the same thing with her after they got out of the mall and they didnt have a scapper




    and all the scappers were sold out so she had to ask some dude and he did it for them




    anyone have the same experience? D:
