Life in Forks.

"Is something the matter?" he asked.

 

She shook her head to both sides, still frowning

 

"Then why are you frowning?" he asked.

 

She sighed.
"You don't really seem excited," she said

 

"Oh.. I'm-I'm sorry, I don't think I remember. "she said acting embarrassed. "Oh, My name is Alexis-Dawn Cullen, and you are?" She said smiling.

 

"Oh." he said. "I am good at hiding my emotions most of the time. I am excited."

 

'I just recently came out of hiding," he chuckled. He liked her name... It seemed beautiful to him.
"I'm Drake Theo," he smiled again.

Kimikia nodded slightly with a sigh.

 

"Do you want to do something after school?" he asked, a little nervous.

 

"ah I see, well very nice to meet you Drake," She said smiling and saw the other people arriving in class. "Well looks like class is starting," She said. Her teacher arrived and took attendance. ...and again was amazed about me being the daughter of my mom and dad. He thought "Another Cullen, maybe she can teach these students a thing or too" Lexi started laughing a bit. She relaxed in the class and rested there.

 

"Not really. I want to get home and sleep," she said.

Drake looked up at the front of the classroom.
"Something amusing?" he whispered

 

"Alright." he said, looking down, a little depressed. Poeple started gathering in the room and the teacher arrived.

 

"nothing" She said smiling.. "Just the teacher taught my parents math too"

 

Drake chuckled.
"I guess that's cool," he said.

Kimikia sneezed slightly and put her head down.
"I feel tired," she whispered to John.

 

"That's fine." he said. "I understand."

 

She kept her head down for the period, hoping the teacher wouldn't call on her for anything.

 

"ehh not really, "She said. "It means that they expect greatness from me..........yeah right" She laughed

 

"Do you want me to drive you home?" he asked.

 

He nodded slightly
"Parents..." he said softly... His eyes wandered around the vast room, and he looked over at her. The sun glistened through the clouds and made somewhat of a light through the window, and he smiled. Her skin looked so vaguely beautiful in the light.
"Might I add, that you my lady, look exquisite?" he asked in a sincere tone

SHe shook her head no.
"I don't want to ruin the first day," she moaned.

 

"I meant after school." he said.

 

She shook her head again.
"No.. I'll go home on my own for tonight," she said.
