"then so be it" Kuro said as his arm reapeared and was about to stab her but was suddenly blasted away

 

Lily propped herself up with her sword and caught her breath.

"Did you do that, Ryo?"

 

Ryo ignored her and charged at Kuro and slashed him. His eyes were glowing red

 

Lily watched him, ready to step in if necessary.

 

Kuro slashed Ryo a couple of times but Ryo continued to fight and slashed Kuro once more

"d-damn you will pay for this" Kuro said as he teleported away

 

Lily sighed as Kuro teleported away.

Lucrecia stepped out and looked at Ryo.

 

Ryo fell to his knees and began to pant due to the wounds. His eyes turned back normal

 

Lucrecia helped Ryo back into the castle.

Lily slowly walked back in and patched her wounds.

 

Ryo layed down and looked up at Lucrecia

 

Lucrecia patched up Ryo's wounds and held him.

 

Ryo smiled and held her "I just want to let you know that if anything happens to me you have the right to the throne" Ryo said

 

"How is that? We're not even married yet."

 

"Im just saying. If the even comes where we cant get married you gain the throne either way" Ryo said

 

Lucrecia sighed and kissed him.

 

Ryo smiled and kissed her back. The news was already spread out

 

"So when are we going to get married? We're old enough to go through with it now."

 

"soon enough" Ryo said and noticed the time "I think you should return home" Ryo said

 

"I guess so. I'll see you soon, Ryo."

 

Ryo kissed her and smile "yeah I'll see you soon" Ryo said

 

Lucrecia kissed him back and headed home.
