Nice old question here. How do I use pal pak on pokemon, and who has codes.

 

huh you mean Pal Park right?

Well for HG and SS you have to Beat the Elite 4 then go to Kanto, Go to Fushia city and go to the uppermost part of the town there you will find the former Safari Zone, Which is now Pal Park. You then go back to the main menu and insert a GBA pokemon game into the GB slot of your DS, You then Scroll down and you should see "Migrate From ........" you select that then it should take you to a screen asking if you want to migrate, After Selecting yes you will be taken to a PC Screen, It has all the pokemon That are in your GBA game (Apart from the ones that are in your party). You select the ones you want and it will ask you to confirm it, THen you go back into the game and go to the pal park, I assume its the same as D,P and P so you talk to the receptionist and they'll let you go into the park where u can catch the pokemon you migrated.
