no, the points are their votes. but they may recieve votes from others.
note that when someone gets voted for, that doesnt meen they can vote, it's a voted point. not a voting point

if you wish to give up your points, you can evenly distribute them to others for voting via post in thread. like if i had 5 and didnt want to vote, i would say:

give my 5 points to Enzy, MS, Feenie, Teddy, and Kelly

and you all would get one more point to vote with.
