I've always assumed the term "Brony" was a fandom nickname, like Whovians or Trekkies.

 

Then why'd you use it wrong

If the worst he does is make a video about liking a show about pretty ponies and how he wants the toys in the happy meals...why should I rain on his brony parade? It's not like it affects me.

It's not something you see everyday. But hey, there's sick and disgusting people in this world, a guy derping around for ponies is just cute at it's worse.

 

That doesn't stop it from being annoying. Whovians and Trekkies are annoying for the same reasons.

 

Uh, I dunno about you, but if I end up watching/liking the show, I'm not calling myself a Brony. Nobody I know uses that to refer to themselves positively.

 

Did you read the latter half of my first post? Jube didn't say anything about calling oneself a brony; only that the video was an example of one.
