Kingdom Hearts; The Peter Pan Edition.

Riku lifted his head up. Love him like a brother? He didn't know if he was okay with this or not. He still felt sad.

 

"It may not be the love you wanted, but is it still worthless?" Kairi began to cry harder. "You were willing to give up everything to protect me. Make me happy. How can I not love you?"

 

"I'm immature, stupid, pretty much a noob at sometimes..." He lowered his head. "I make a complete fool of myself..."

 

"You're Riku." Kairi embraced him. "And I happen to love Riku."

 

"I love you, too..." Riku then suddenly felt a sharp pain in his back. He was shot in the back. He fell into unconsiousness.

 

"Riku?!" Kairi touched his back and felt blood. "RIKU!!!" She cried as she tried to shake him awake.

 

"Kairi..." Riku said weakly."Run away...find the others..." He stood up and summoned Way To The Dawn. Pirates ran down the beach towards them.

 

"I'm not leaving you." Kairi took Way To Dawn out of Riku's hand and ran towards the pirates.

 

"No! Kairi!" Riku ran towards her. He stopped her and took Way To The Dawn. "Go....NOW!" He faced the pirates.

 

"You're wounded. Give me the weapon." Kairi didn't wait for an answer. She stole it and ran, swinging fiercly at the first pirate and knocking him into the ground.

 

Riku quickly counted the pirates. There were six. He had to help Kairi. He summoned Soul Eater and jumped into the fray. He slashed at a pirate and took him out.

 

Kairi ran around behind Riku and knocked down one that was about to attack him from behind.

 

Riku smiled."Thanks." He swiped another one. He summoned a Dark Firaga and took out two more. They had one left.

 

Kairi ran up to the last one and hit him over the head with one mightly blow. Nobody got away with hurting her friend.

 

"Impressive!" Riku smiled as he put away Soul Eater. "You okay?"

 

"I'm fine. We need to get you back to camp." Kairi walked over to her friend.

 

Riku smiled, but then looked at Kairi's arm. It was bleeding heavily."Your arm!"

 

Kairi looked down and saw blood all over her arm. "Oh!"

 

Riku picked Kairi up and started running towards camp. Hurry, hurry, hurry, hurry!

 

"Riku, it's just my arm. Relax!" Kairi tried to calm him down. "Your wound is way more serious."
