Yeah, cgi-movie would work. Just like the openings and endings in the series. They did it with FFVII...

And live-action? Hell no!!! Fans would hate it, haters would laugh at it, casuals would be like WTF.... ._.

i never saw that movie, and i dont think i want to.

animated or cgi would be the only options that would suit the series. if they make a movie of simply every cutscene mushed together, well, then khv already made that movie.

 

I agree with this. I always thought the opening and endings were beautiful.

If it was live-action, it'd go in the way of Dragonball evolution for sure: Not a faithful adaptation, but something extremely different based on it.

 

if they were to make a movie it should look the way of the opening.. live action ruined DBZ so naw and id go see it

 

I think they should invest in an anime series other than a movie. Unless the movie is cg like Advent Children, because if it was live-action forget about it.

i do see a resemblance, but it'd be cgi, for numorous reasons.

-hire same voice actors
-heartless irl? LOLNO
-the hair of some characters
-the setting of hollow bastion and such
-casting. jiminy cricket? mickey?

 

Characters like Mickey would be CGI'd

Or they could put a pair of Mickey Mouse ears on Mr. T and I'd be ok with it

Not really sure what you meant there, but if there were to be a live-action film (not all game films are bad... from what I've heard, Prince of Persia was really good..and that was a Disney film. Which a KH one would be as well), Sora, Riku, Kairi, etc. would be played by real people while most Disney characters would inevitably be animated in (except for human ones like Hercules and Aladdin)

What if Tim Burton made a KH film? Plot could be about the world being swallowed by darkness or whatever, and it'd fit his style perfectly.

If it were to be a Live action movie,
then they real voice cast would have to act.

And another thing.

What if there's double acting? like one actor playing two characters?
what if they're in the same scene as each other?

did they even have double acting in kingdom hearts? i'm pretty sure all of the characters have thier own voice actors.

 

As much as I LOVE KH, a movie... would not be the wisest choice. Animated, maybe. That might be cool I guess, but live action? >_> wouldn't get too much good feedback.

 

I'd have to die if they made a movie out of Kingdom Hearts; just die.
No live action, and no puppetry. While a CGI might be okay I still rather have the game untampered by Hollywood. I just lost the game.

Live action would be...pretty ugly. Especially for the hairstyles. They have really crazy hair styles in Kingdom Hearts, we all know this.

But in any matter, it's doubtful that they would make one anyway.

 

I agree. Besides, how would it all work? Like someone else said, the whole traveling through worlds thing and going to each world more than once, it wouldn't really work. Unless they changed the whole thing completely in a spin-off. But then it just wouldn't have the same... essence as the game.

I would kill for a kingdom hearts movie, believe me I would. XD But it's the type of game that should stay the way it is. Just a game.
