Video Game: Kingdom Hearts SOS: The Road To Light

Seeing as how it was his turn to attack once again, Kel held his keyblade in front of him and aimed it at the drums. "Burn!" Again he sent a ball of fire barreling towards the instrument. He really wished that this thing would die soon.

 

"Base, you do not look so good." Jose drew in closer to Base with a concerned expression.

"I'm fine. I can hold off on any healing for, I think. I want to wait until we hit a milestone like getting down to just two instruments. Maybe one more before we take on the boss. I don't have any Ethers on hand..." But Base knew it too; he was weakening. "I feel close to something..."

"Que es?"

"I don't know... I just feel it... like I have an untapped power... but I'm just not ready yet."

"Try a spell. You seem to do pretty well with those, amigo. I know, I know... there is the business of the magica in short supply, but maybe it will awaken what you feel." Jose led Base on with a puffed up chest.

"If you say so..." Base thought for a moment. "I can give this potion I have to anyone who needs it if someone,... anyone can heal me with a Cure Spell." Then, he faced his trumpeting foe. "Blizzard!"

 

Seeing her attack did a little damage, Ananta watched as Glen and Luna took their turns in hitting the cat. "I don't want to seem weak, so I better try my best..." she talked to herself as she raised her keyblade and rushed the cat. Striking down on the cat, she hoped that at least left a mark.

 

"Tch, I can't believe this thing called in friends this late in the stage." Raisor gripped his keyblade and pushed himself forward, attack the first thorn he could hit.

 

Eon took some more heavy damage. Suppose now would be the time to heal. "Cure!" He cured himself to recover some health.

 

Glen was keeping on his toes, doing his best to prepare for an attack even though Lucifer seemed to not be attacking him so much. He decided he'd take advantage of that, and hurled his keyblade at the feline; sending it ricocheting towards the cat at a high speed, utilizing his Strike Raid ability.

 

Raisor attacked another of the thorns, hoping he isn't worn out by these things before they can take the enemy down. He couldn't heal, and he knew Eon had to take this thing down ASAP if he couldn't keep going. As much as he liked to fight, even he couldn't keep going forever, and he was starting to get woozy. He tried to shake it aside and ran steadily to another Thornbite and slashed at it.

 

"Raisor, I got you, Cure him!" Eon yelled casting the spell on Raisor. Eon knew he couldn't do it alone.

 

Luna ran up to Lucifer and busted out a combo on the cat. "Take this!!" She landed back down and into a defensive position.

 

Seeing the cat getting worn down, Ananta grew a smirk on her face. "I see you're getting tired, kitty." she taunted the cat as she rushed towards hit, swinging her keyblade at the cat.

 

Glen flinched as the attack hit him. While it was just a cat he was facing, he had to admit the giant feline throwing its weight into him hurt a little. He brought his thoughts back to the task at hand; defeating Lucifer. Gotta end this quickly before this gets messy, he thought to himself. Running straight at Lucifer, he swung Elementary with tremendous force, hoping to do some damage.

 

Raisor watched as another of their companions fell to the enemy. He figured that next time they fight these things, he was going to be stronger, because they were not weak in the slightest compared to the last few enemies they had. Gripping his keyblade he took another swing at the Thornbite, hoping to get rid of them faster. He supposed he should be thankful they weren't healing it at least.

 

And you should be thankful I healed you, Eon thought. Eon charged and attacked one of the random spawned creatures.

 

Kel decided to follow up one long range attack with another, so he spun his keyblade around by it's chain, before tossing it at the drums. Since one instrument was down, maybe he could wrap this one up soon enough, before the others decided to help him.

 

Base shouted to Kel, "You are strong, but I think you might need a hand on this one." And so Base struck at the Drums since his own targetted instrument was no more. They were cutting down more and more on the Symphony Master's defense, and Base was sure this was a great assest that they were nearly done with the instruments. Once they were dealt with, dealing with the Big Boss would probably take very little time.

"Base." Jose called. "I am riding this one solo a the current momento."

"I know. I'm sorry."

"Do not be. I want to tell you something important. I won't be here in a little while, I am sure, to say, you know?" Jose seemed unfettered in the likely face of his demise.

"What is it?"

"That thing you were waiting for. You are ready."

Base was initially shocked at the newsworthy comment, but nodded his head in compliance soon after. "Thank you."

"Hey. No Problem, huh?" Jose tipped his hat and dusted off his cigar with a smile.
