    Yes, there is. I'm pretty sure it's the same way with 358/2 days; you'd have to complete the game. - It would spoil the game if it did not.

    Edit:
    Also there is a possibility that it's only unlockable on critical mode...

    Theater is aways unlocked after you beat the story.
    Critical is only needed for some trophies for the Secret conversation.
