Kingdom Hearts: Quiet's End

"Yes," Kira agreed before heading towards the door. This looked about right, she should be able to locate the World that Never Was from here, and after she had found it, she would be able to open a dark portal to it from any location. She wasn't sure what it was about the place that had eluded her for so long. Looking around, she saw a computer screen in the corner. Walking over to it, she turned it on and began typing, getting information. Finally, she found what she was looking for, and turned to the door. "Alright," she said. "It should be working now..." She paused. "Wait... There's someone else here. I can... feel the Light coming from him. He is an enemy. Let's leave. No..." She turned towards Beaucefilous and smiled. "Let's make a demonstration of the power of Darkness. Do not destroy him, but I don't want you to lose. He must feel the sting of defeat and leave this place, spreading the word of our rising power. If people know of our power, they will fear it, if people are afraid, the Darkness will find a foothold in their hearts." She paused, contemplating this plan. "Yes," She said. "Let us make a demonstration of him."

"Yes," Hitomu said. "Daddy's name is Sora, and Mommy's name is Kairi." He turned to Mitsuko. "My sister just forgets to say so sometimes." Mitsuko smiled and shrugged. "It doesn't make a difference to me," she said. "I just call them Mommy and Daddy." "So, now you know all our names," Sora said, picking up Misuko. "So what's your name?"

 

"Steven. Steven Attrosickle" Steven replied happily. "Your name seems familiar somehow.." he said, pointing at Sora.

 

Beucefilous smiled at her words. "I like the way you think." The sliver ring on his finger melted into a liquid state and dripped down into his palm while shaping itself into a large claymore, at which point it solidified. "I'll show him the order means business." He said chuckling and then ascending the stairs again.

 

"Does it now?" Sora asked, smiling. "I don't see why it should..." Mitsuko interrupted him. "My daddy saved all the worlds from Darkness," she said proudly. "Him and Riku and Mommy, they all saved everybody with their Keyblades." All three adults started, this was usually information they kept quiet, not sharing it with strangers. Mitsuko and Hitomu had always known not to tell anybody about this, why had Mitsuko let this much slip? They all stood silently, not sure what to say.

Kira waited, deciding to continue studying the contents stored in the computer. She had no doubts that her follower would be able to handle himself in a fight. So she waited.

 

"Ah..the darkness..i know alot about that, too much really. Must take some skill to save all the worlds though" Steven stated.

 

Now the three friends were really surprised. "So... you know about other worlds?" Sora asked slowly, glancing at Riku. Perhaps this boy had more to him then originally meets the eye. But Steven's knowledge also raised other questions. The worlds had been safe from the darkness for ten years, why was this boy aware of it? Was darkness spreading again? If so, they would need to go fight it.

Kairi looked at her two children. They were too young to fight, yet too young to be left alone. If Sora and Riku needed to go fight, she would have to stay home with the twins. Another period of waiting and watching, She thought. Stuck on the island, not knowing if they're alright or even alive. She looked at Sora, remembering how long he had been gone, and how she had forgotten him. I can't put my faith in lucky charms anymore.

Riku sighed. So the darkness was back, taking its hold in the hearts of kids again. Master Yen Sid had been worried about something as Riku had left, was it this that had caused his Master's fears? If so, there wasn't any time to waste. The Darkness must be stopped as soon as possible, before it could do any more damage. He looked at Steven. The boy seemed to know a lot about darkness and other worlds. Did he have a Keyblade? Was he able to fight? Riku hated to ask so much of a boy of fourteen, but then again, Sora had been able to rise to the challenge. Perhaps this boy would be able to as well. "Do you have a Keyblade?" He asked.

 

Once Shane was in the lobby of the mansion, he sumoned his keyblade and watch the three chain start to shake. Great that could only mean one thing. Based off the last time this had happend,he face a creature of darkness. Maybe this time it would actually be something else. "Looks like I'll finally have something else to do."

 

Beucefilous stepped out from the first floor library into the main section of the mansion. "So you're the guy i'm supposed to fight? You don't look all that tough." He stated as he readied his sword. "Come on then. Show me what you can do!"

 

Steven raised an eyebrow. "Other worlds? Heard of them, never been off these islands though.." he stated. "Wouldn't mind leaving here really, life has just gotten far too boring for my taste" he finished. He took a few steps closer to the waves. "As for a Keyblade..no, never been chosen to have one really" he stated.

 

OOC: You forgot Riku's question, "Do you have a Keyblade?"

 

Just my luck, it had to be another weilder. Shane thought before getting in a ready postition."Alright then, let's go. Concentrating on his keyblade, it soon started to glow in a purple aura. Glad to know that this works. Moving his keyblade to his side, he charge at his opponent.



Getting bore with this world, Xero decided to move through the alleyway of the World that Never Was to the best place to open a doorway. His plan was to find someone or at least something at Organization XIII's former base, but he found nothing. Maybe i'll find someone in a different world. He thought as he reached the end of the alley. Holding his hand out, he opened a doorway leading to the closest world and walked through.

Beucefilous swung his sword at Shane's keyblade so as to stop the impact. As the weapons clashed, a small amount of liquid poured off the sword however not decreasing it in size, and ran down to his free hand. It shaped itself around his arm up to the elbow and solidified into a gauntlet, which he then continued to drive towards his opponent's gut at full force.

 

Riku looked at Steven. "Well," he said. "I think You'll need one sometime soon. Here." He held out his hand and summoned his keyblade, then held it out to Steven. "Riku, are you sure about this?" Sora asked. Riku nodded. "Yeah," he said. "If the darkness is spreading, he'll need protection. Besides, I think he could help us." He turned back to Steven. "Take this," he said. "Then the keyblade will know to find you."

Kira paused in her research, there was another presence, this time, a dark one. A new follower, perhaps? She smiled, turning from the computer and making her way up to where Beaucefilous was fighting the newcomer. She waited in the background, watching the fight. She wanted to be here when the dark one arrived.

 

Steven took the keyblade, a confused look on his face. "How's the keyblade going to know to find me?" he asked.

OOC: So do i have to list a keyblade he has now?

 

OOC: Oh, lol. oops. I forgot your character didn't already have a keyblade destined. If you'd like, we can edit the last few posts so Riku doesn't give Steven his keyblade. Again, sorry. lol, what kind of RP starter am I, I don't even remember the character's entry profile. :P

 

If it's okay with you, could i just edit it so that he has a keyblade? that way i can make one materialise in his hand :P

With no time to block, Shane took the full force of Beucefilous gauntlet. As he skid from the top of the staircase to the bottom, the purple glow around his keyblade brighten until it had turned in purple flames. "Your not the only one with surprises up his sleeve." Swinging his keyblade, Shane sent a ball of fire right at him.


The portal that Xero had opened led him to a completely white room. He took a quick look around before noticing the door and leaving the room. It wasn't long before he saw the fight between Beucefilous and Shane and someone else watching it. "Enjoying the show?"

 

The flaming ball hurdled at him with blinding speed. Not having much time to react, Beucefilous turned his sword into the largest form he could think of, the buster sword, and planted it into the ground in front of him.They collided not a second after he had finished. The massive blade stopped the brunt of the impact but it exploded, knocking him back against the wall. "Not bad. I guess looks can be deceiving, but all that means is gotta cut loose and really get goin'." He said as regained his composure.

OOC: Oh and just so there's no confusion, when i said a weapon in the description (e.g. a sword, a gun) I meant every variation of it with the exception of the keyblade.
