I think he meant if he used the Leon Code and the code to relocate Sephiroth's battle to Traverse Town First District, would it work.

You would have to do a Normal Model Mod/Swap with Leon if you wanted Sephiroth, which probably wouldn't work. I would go with the relocation, personally. The code is this:

The relocation code worked. The only problem is, Sephiroth still fights Sora.
