to do that, take the neo-status code of the character you want and replace the first 0 with a 2. then replace the fourth 0 of the second line with the digits of the persons moveset you want and put the last 2 digits the status you want
Sora's Status Modifier - 01CB9974 000000??=>Sora's Staus and Moveset Modifier - 21CB9974 00010002

Red: the 2 that is needed at the begining
Blue: Moveset Digits
Green: Status Digits

 

The Warrior Sora code is making master form weild a keyblade on one hand and a shield on the other! :D
