That's because you need to add a moveset mod to it. That's what <Slip> said at least.

Is there any code to play as Kairi with Sora's moves or something like that?
Is there any way to plays as Kairi (maybe Kairi in school uniform)? That would be cool....Kairi with the keyblade....:))
I tried to make a code that let's me play as Tifa.... but it doesn't work... I just can use her as partner...
Is there a chance to replace Sora with Tifa???? Any possibility to control Tifa or Tifa with Sora's moves.... To have Sora's movement... but the Tifa character model as Sora..... or something like that.... I'm waiting for a long long time for such a code that let's me plays as my favorite female characters....:))

It's impossible to play as Kiari. She has no animations for battle. Tifa is only meant to be an ally. She can't be ccontrolled. All we've got is a play as Riku code, and other stuff like that.

 

Is it not possible to change sora's model for kairi's??? or tifa's?
Is there no way to walk around as Tifa or Kairi??? Even if it glitches??? Just for a little bit??? But there is a code to play as Roxas in PJ??? If that is possible??? Then maybe Tifa or Kairi too??? :)

 

you can play as roxas at the beginning, you have to change the clothes for pj, but you cannot play as tifa or kairi, ´cause you never play as them in the game

 

And to use their models on sora's moveset???
But Tifa is an ally....just like donald and goofy....how can you play as donald, but not as tifa???
And there are a bunch of crazy codes.... to play as boss roxas, that's possible.... Is there really noooo waaaay???? :((

 

I would love to make these codes but truth is i dont know the very important part so the mushball doesnt fall

And yes its possible but mushball and for kairi it wouldnt matter it would be mushball

Hi, I'm totally new to this and was wondering if anyone can help...
I'm using the emulator btw

So anyway, thus far none of the character mod codes have worked for me. A while back I tried these codes on ps2 and stuff like replacing donald with sephiroth or whatever worked. But now on the emulator I always get a bsod! Other codes like infinite health and infinite jump work fine...some of the character mod codes work, but most of them just bsod instantly :( Why is that?

I've tried using both pnach files and a codebreaker 10 iso. The iso seems to work better but still crashes most of the time! I heard the emulator was supposed to handle these codes better than ps2, but it's the opposite way around! My ps2 actually could handle more of these codes D:

This could be an example of a code that I tried

//Donald Mod=Sephiroth
patch=1,EE,01CFA3FE,word,0000008B6

This same mod would work for someone like Hayner but it crashes with sephiroth even though it worked on PS2...

 

Find the Correct Byte Modding

0 for 000000XX

1 for 0000XXXX

2 for XXXXXXXX

In this case, put in "1" for the start of the Patch, which is "0" (Bolded for you)because the word has 4 digits, showing the 4 Xs (Underlined for your conveinence!)

Oh, and this isn't allowed in this thread, because emulator talk isn't allowed

I thought having anything besides "0" or "2" in front of the code would crash the emulator? That what it does to mine...

You know what? I got! :) It turns out that using PCSX2 0.9.6 makes quite a few of the codes incompatible. That same code worked perfectly on 0.9.4 Sooo...now I have a problem because this older version doesn't emulate that well...*sigh*

hey guys i have one question. i put ally axel and i tried some enemies in my party to make him fight them. most of the enemies went after me and not axel, but 2 characters, vivi and setzer went to attack axel instead of me. anybody know why this happens?

 

can anyone convert these weapon mods into ARMAX?
