Listen i bought this thing called ultimate codes it has alot of cheats for kingdomhearts2 exapt there is this thing ontop of the cheats called make your own cheat well when i do it dosent work so i thought maybe i find a code on here and it will work well it dosent so anyone know what its for?

Also Erks can you tell me how to put cheat codes in the emulator.. I have a save near the second armor xemnas which I want to use to port the Infinate jump to final mix but the screen went gray and I cant see what im doing... so I need a infinate hp code to survive. e.e

Go to config -> patches and find fm+ / whatever game you're using.

open that pnach in notepad .. looks like this

you'd put
patch=1,EE,00230356,word,FFFF

They rip you off. I think you can only add one code, and that's all, from what I hear atleast.

 

Can I have at least one of the following, please? AR MAX format
-empty goofy,donald, and world character slot
-chang music to sherzo di notte (hollow bastion battle theme)
-Antiform on drive menu
-Antiform with final forms moveset and keyblades
-Sora with mulans sword (sword and sword only! no moveset)
-infinite drive
-drive alone

If the screen goes grey, you're screwed and have to start over. <_< It sucks, I know. I got it like, 4 times trying to get to the final battle... and it always tended to happen right when Sora was about to dive off the hovercraft right before the 2nd armored xemmy fight...

Anyway, as to your question...

With the emulator, you have to find the games PNACH file in the "Patches" folder. Kingdom hearts 2 is DA0535FD.pnach. Open it in notepad.

On the last line, add a "//" then the name of your code. Like this -
"//Sora has Max Stats."

On the line after that, you start entering the code in the following fashion -
"patch=1,EE,[ADDRESS],word,[VALUE]"

To enter the code 2033FEC8 FFFFFFFF, you fill it in like this -
"patch=1,EE,2033FEC8,word,FFFFFFFF"

Continue in that fashion for each and every line of a code you enter. In the end, it would look something like -

"// Sora has Max Stats
patch=1,EE,2033FEC8,word,FFFFFFFF
patch=1,EE,2033FECC,word,FFFFFFFF
patch=1,EE,2033E830,word,01020102"

And afterward, you just hit "Save", close the file, open the emulator, and make sure the "Enable Patches" option is checked. [Second to last on the Menu bar, "Misc"]

And you're good to go.

And yes, it's very annoying to use cheats in the emulator.

 

Nah the sounds still going for me, I can hear everything thats going on, (including soras eventfully death)
Im up the the dragon part, all I gotta do is spamm buttons. But critical mode lets me die easily D;

Relax man. XD I already figured out how to put in codes thanks to your description he just cleared a few things up for me.

 

Now I've gone and done it. I've broken the laws of Kingdom Hearts. I've gone and found the codes that tell the game what kind of menu the command menu is...

Press R2 and watch as your Commands turn into reaction commands and disappear. Now press D-Pad up. Or down. Or any of the face buttons besides Square. Wow, now isn't that just screwy?

So, we can use codes without an emulator or cheat device just by editing the files for the game!? That's awesome!
