"it would be best for Lenne to forget about me. It would make her life easier" Shen said and turned away

 

"You honestly think it would be that easy for her? Why are you running away, Shen?"

 

"Its just the darkness is slowly eating away at me. Soon it will take over me completly" Shen said

 

"I had the same fear of mine. I conquered mine, and so can you."

 

Kairi let Lenne hear in, she sighed.

 

Shen started to laugh "How pathetic" was all Shen said

 

"The only pathetic thing I see in this room is you, Shen. Instead of facing what you fear most, you would choose to run away. I feel sorry for Lenne, knowing her father is such a coward."

 

Shen stoped laughing at closed his eyes "you are correct the only thing pathetic is me. Once I figured out how pathetic I was all I could do was laugh. Laugh at myself for being so foolish. I gave up fighting against my darkness. Lenne doesn't deserve me as her father" Shen said

 

"You run away or you can accept the fact." Kyo appeared, his arms crossed.

 

"If you truly think of yourself as her father, then you'll do all you can to tame your darkness. If you're going to run away, then never show your face around her again."

 

"the darkness...............I shall conquer it" Shen said and began to walk but stopped and turned to face Micheal and Kai "sorry about this. This is supposed to be your most happiest day ever. Continued with it" Shen said and looked at Kyo "theres something I need to discuss outside with you" Shen said

 

Kyo walked with Shen outside, Kai remained asleep.

 

Michael watched over Kai and the twins and smiled.

 

Kai was dreaming she became high priestess.

 

Michael noticed Lucrecia stirring. He gently stroked her hair.

 

Riku sat on his bed, thinking of his time in the darkness.

 

Michael slowly fell asleep with a smile on his face.

 

"I need to speak with Sora and the others also so can you gather them up" Shen asked

Sora was in his room sitting on his bed

 

"No problem." Kyo walked back in, he saw Micheal and Kai sleeping and created a divine barrier in front of the door. He then gathered Kairi, Lenne, Riku, and Sora.
