"Of course, I respect your space. When Kai had Lenne, I sort of had a feeling."

 

"I see. I don't suppose you can tell if our child is going to be a boy or a girl, can you?"

 

"No, ask Merlin for that sort of information. How do you think I learned about Lenne?"

 

"I would ask, but I think it would be best for us not to know until the child is born."

 

"Sounds good. Riku, so how did you like the book on keldons and our world?"

Riku looked at him. "Well, with Kai's healing powers, I was wondering if either full blood or half blood keldons had those powers?"

 

"Only full bloods can have those abilities. The healing spells are taught by the temple. Half bloods have a healing ability, which requires a little of their own blood to mate it work."

 

"Do any of you think I'm a wingly?"

"Of course not, Riku! You have none of the quailties of a wingly."

 

"No one has seen a wingly in centuries."

 

"Besides, winglies are possibly gone for good on Endiess."

 

"They might have gone to other worlds."

 

"You are not asking because your hair's silver, are you, Riku?"

"No, of course not!"

 

"For all we know, you could be keldon. My dad has silver hair."

 

"You end up with black hair. Have there been other keldons on different worlds?"

 

"There's always the possibility."

 

Riku sighed and lent against the wall with Kyo. "It's just I always felt like I was different, and being in the darkness, that feeling didn't change."

 

"Do you remember your parents Riku?"

 

"A little, my mother was caring and my father was very strong. My adoptive parents told me that they found me wrapped in unusual cloth as a baby with this." Riku pulled a feather on a chain wrapped around his neck.

 

"That feather was from a keldon wing."

 

Kairi pulled out a cloth from her pocket, "This is the cloth they say they found him in." Kyo examined the clothes, "These materials are not found here or Destiny Islands."
