Michael smiled and continued to hold her.

 

Kai remained asleep in his arms.

 

Michael gently rubbed her stomach, noticing it was a little larger.

 

Kai sighed and woke up.

 

"Good morning, dear. How was last night?"

 

"Wonderful."

 

Michael smiled and kissed her.

"I think I got you pregnant last night."

 

Kai stared at her stomach and blushed.

 

"I never imagined I would be a dad."

 

"I'll feel the same joy I felt when I had Lenne."

 

Michael smiled and kissed her.

 

Kai kissed him back.

 

"Only a few weeks until you give birth. I know most keldon are born pretty fast. My birth was one of the few exceptions as my mother was human. If I remember right, it took me five months to be born."

 

Kai smiled, Riku knocked on the door. "Hurry up, you two. Kyo wants to go over some stuff."

 

"We'll be right there." Michael said as he got dressed.

 

Kai got dressed, wondering how to tell Kyo.

 

"Don't worry, everything will be fine." Michael said before kissing her.

 

Kai kissed him back and walked to Merlin's house. Kyo waited for them while Kairi was talking with Riku about what he read the night before.

 

Michael walked next to her, gently holding her hand.

 

Kai shyly approached Kyo. "You're going to have Micheal's child?"

She stared at him, he smiled. "I sort of know these things."
