Kingdom Hearts and the Legend of Dragoon continued

Krysta stumbled upon where Ken was training. She watched intently.

 

Ken continued his hardest to train with his one arm

 

Krysta sat against a tree as she continued to watch him.

 

Ken continued to train until he got tired

 

"You're pretty good with that sword, Ken."

 

"huh? Oh it's only you. Isn't it past your bedtime" Ken said

 

"I could ask you the same about you, Ken."

 

"Im just out here training with my sword. Why are you here" Ken said

 

"I was just out taking a walk.:

 

"I see then" Ken said as he put his sword over his shoulder

 

"Where'd you learn to handle a sword that well?"

 

"my grandfather and uncle taught me how to use it a bit" Ken said

 

"That must've been nice."

 

"yeah my parents don't even know about me learning swordplay" Ken said

 

"My grandpa taught me how to fight too. My mother never knew about it, but I had him teach me so I could protect my mom."

 

"protect you mom?" Ken said

 

"Yeah. My dad had a lot of anger issues and abused my mom. I wanted to make sure he wouldn't hurt her again."

 

"I see then...so your trying to protect her from your dad" Ken said sheathing his sword and putting his hand in his pocket

 

"Yeah. He used to be a good guy, but after my fifth birthday, he became such a mean person. I can't stand him."

 

"THats a shame" KEn said but then yawned "Im getting tired" Ken said and walked away "see ya" Ken said
