Mark examined the orb, "curious....and how is this going to help us?" he said giving her a confused look, "I trust whatever it is....I'm just curious what it does.....its not another light orb is it?"

 

"Yes Mark, I'm giveing you a little orb after what I saw," Naomi said sarcastically. "Kidding, no. Its another dark orb," she turned to pretend to barf and faced back. "the flash made it so that Katrina cant read your minds for a while, I just figured that out."

"Naomi your so mean." Katrina said looking around.

Your my best friend too Kat! Naomi thought to Katrina.

"Wait! How can she do that?!" Katrina said.

"Well sorry....but I myself enjoy the darkness...." Mark grinned giving Naomi a gentle squeeze, "thanks for this....I owe you one.....now we can definately get her good...." he laughed, "so as long as she stays in one spot I can take care of the rest...." he said concentrating.

 

"good luck with that," Naomi siad hidding her laugh.

"naomi, tell me what you guys are up to," Katrina said portaling to the roof again, this time under a window to be keep hiden.

 

"Oh no...." Mark said grabbing her arm gently, "I said we are doing this together....and don't you go taking her side either...." he grinned opening a portal, "its almost like a game of hide and seek...." he laughed walking in.

 

"Ok then," Naomi said quietly. she stepped out of the portal quietly.

Katrina almost squeeked. Ok ok! you win!

 

Mark found Katrina, "Hello there..." he grinned grabbing her in a hug, "didn't miss me that much?" he laughed, he noticed Naomi, "hmmm I guess this could be considered betrayal....but...." he grabbed her in a hug as well, "there we go much better...." he smiled.

 

"hey! I thought we were on one side!" Naomi said laughing.


"you guys are so mean!" Katrina said laughing too.

"you read our minds!" Naomi said pointing that out.

"Um.....yeah about that........I dont have a comback," Katrina said. "Whatever Naomi said it isnt true."

"So you didnt care so much that he was knocked out?" Naomi said.

"that parts true!" Katrina said. "When did I lose my hugging job? did they replace me?"

BIC: "We are.....I just don't want you feeling left out...." Mark grinned carrying them both back to his dorm, "you didn't lose your hugging job....you just got to prove to me that you are still worthy of it...." he joked bringing them in the room and locking the door, "now then......" he grinned, "ah almost forgot...." he said holding his hand up there was a quick dark flash, "I don't want you being able to escape.....don't even try portals anymore...." he laughed grabbing them both in a hug again.

BOC: "This isnt fair!" Katrina said watching the falsh disapear.

"Hehe, by now!" naomi said trying to open a portal. "Hey! When did this become a game of hunt? I wanted to be the preditor."

"And what dose that leave me?!" Katrina said.

".........do i really need to answer thing?" Naomi said.

BIC: Mark laughed, "Naomi...." he grinned looking at her, "what did I just say.....its pointless to try and open a portal...." he said grabbing her in a hug, "now what are you going to do....try to escape my hug....I don't think so...." he said gently tickling her, he looked over at Katrina, "I dare you to try and help her...." he said giving her a encouraging smile.

 

"heh heh, no," Katrina said laughing nervousely and shakeing her head.

"K-kat!" naomi said laughing hard.

"ugh!" Katrina walked to the side a bit. "Geez Mark, you hang out with my dad too much." she darted trying to avoid Mark's reach.

 

Mark froze and let go of Naomi, but made sure she didn't fall, "Fine...." he said lowering his head, "I was just trying to have fun with you two....but I can see I'm no fun...." he said walking over to his bed, "I'll leave you alone....."

 

Hold on, is this another trick? Naomi thought over to Katrina.

Yay! I can read your mind again! katrina thought. Um...not so sure. Geez this is confuseing.

Your telling me, he's your cousin. Naomi thought. "Mark, its just that you almost kill us when you play like that."

"I've seen you on the court a lot and you have a big atvantage over us scrony people," Katrina laughed.

"Well......only a few of us are scronny," Naomi said.

"Yeah, sorry to make you feel left out Naomi," Katrina said.

 

"You two aren't scrony...." Mark said looking up, "come here.....give me a hug....I'll be even more gentle....I'm not trying to hurt you...." he smiled.

 

Katrina hugged him. Naomi sighed, "I'm going to have a hard time staying near Kat."

"why?" Katrina said looking at her.

"Mark is like your dad.....I'm scared to know if your going to end up like your mom or Yuffie. Both scare me," Naomi said sitting on the bed.

"Hehe," Katrina said grinning, "Guess we'll find out later."

 

"Maybe I will...." Mark laughed at the thought, "Naomi...." he said pulling her close to him as well, "don't be left out...." he smiled giving her and Katrina a hug.

 

"Oh wait!" Katrina said remembering. "Naomi told me about...um, i think it was Amaye i think," Katrina was getting exicted, "I dont think we've seen her yet."

"Nosie Kat," Naomi said shakeing her head. "It's Mark's life." Katrina opened her mouth but then Naomi cut her off. "Family rights dont have anything to do with it."

"Sure they do," katrina said. "I just want to see her atleast once."

"Um....." naomi said unsurly. Maybe I shouldnt mention the fight in the hall way.

"What?" Kartina said.

 

"Ayame?" Mark grinned, "Of course.....I wanted you two to meet her....but we had some trouble with someone...." he sighed, "I will find a time hopefully tomorrow when you can meet her....I love her...." he smiled, "and I hope you will like her to...."

 

Katrina looked at mark and laughed. "Well, you can alwasy come to us if you need help fighting something off." Naomi seemed more unsure now. "we can handle it," Katrina said looking at naomi.

"You might, I never wanted any power to begind with. Give me a good reason why I should fight with something I hate," Naomi said. Katrina rolled her eyes.

"Look, maybe we can find a way out for you. But c'mon!" katrina said and naomi looked up. "Just cause your dark dosent make you evil. Look at Mark, he has the same power and is still good."

Little help mark. Katrina thought.
