The PS4 version will no doubt do better.

I know tonnes of folk are gonna rage that its on the Xbone as well but you can't blame Square. The company hasn't been doing to well and you can understand that they want to offer the game to as many folk as possible.

Who the in hell would want to buy an Xbox One after everything has been said?

A little part of me also wants it to be ported to the Wii U, but alas. I just don't see why people have to be so upset about it. Especially after all the continuous backlash the XBox One has been getting lately, it probably won't even sell as much as the PS4 version. But then again, maybe I am speaking too soon.

Regardless, just buy it on whatever console you want to buy it on. No biggie.

Although if they do exclusive content/DLC sh*t for the separate consoles, I might just rage a little, jussayin.

Oh no... going back through the posts and I think to myself: The new KH game is coming out on an entirely new system. The PS3 was awesome, even from the get go, but games like Assassin's Creed and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune froze all the time because they were early games for the system. Imagine KH where it freezes like that. ;~; I never had that problem before with any of the games, so this notion seems troubling.

Not even considering the backlash behind Xbox One affecting its sales, a game like Kingdom Hearts will never sell better on a Microsoft console than on a Sony console. The 360 did good sales in the US and the UK but worldwide... not so much. Japan, especially, is PS3 all the way (though iirc their handheld market is bigger than console). I can't imagine that will be changing for the next gen consoles.

And then, of course, the fact that the Xbox One will flop. But the PS4 and Xbox One have very similar hardware, it'd be relatively inexpensive for a developer to port between them from what I understand, so it doesn't hurt to do it in order to squeeze some more money out of a title.

KH3 won't be a launch title. I'm predicting 2015 release.

Don't worry, this game doesn't look anywhere close to finished. It'll probably be 2015 at the earliest before we get it, probably later than that too.

I like the KH2 outfit :3 I hope they don't change it until after 3.

Woohoo and Nuuuuu all at the same time. I never caught the release year anywhere, but it wouldn't surprise me if there was one or the fact it should be obvious since games take so long to make and this one /looks/ to be early in development; I was in absolute ecstasy over the graphics and sheer existence of this, so numbers kind of were trivial matters. xD Not to mention I kept shaking my head and laughing, once my mind was done processing the trailer, in order to get a hold of myself.

Quite irritated that it will be one the ONE. I do not see that as a good marketing strategy. I feel they will waste money porting it and making copies. I don't think it will sell well at all on the console. I am Happy as heaven that KH3 is on the way, I just didn't expect Square to make such a bad move.

Can no one understand how much I'm so happy about this? I cried for 10 minutes yesterday because I was so happy. I knew that KH3 would be coming out. However, I just found out it's being made by the Osaka team cause the other KH peeps are working on FFXV.

I hope it is similar to Toy Story 3 in more ways than one--namely, the third installment being the most heatwrenching and emotional train ride I have ever been on.

Considering there won't be as much of a push for a post-Xehanort story line sequel, looking at this data, I'm going to play KH III very... very... slooooowwwllllllleeeeeeee...

Oh but I do hope they include Wonderland, Olympus Coliseum, and Agrabah; they don't give enough to those worlds. Before anyone posts on this: yes, I am kidding. As fun as those worlds are, there are worlds I still want to see and I want to see very few returns to already known worlds. I also hope the improve the Gummi Ship mini games to be sort of a mix of the last two console games; the theatricality of KH II, the interactive environments, and goddammit, I want to build a gummi ship with PS4 The Sims level creativity. Just think though, if the worlds are roughly the same size as they were in previous games, just think how many worlds could go into KH III! But if there's a tutorial/lengthy intro like in KH II: Skip option after one playthrough is needed; I haven't played through KH II in years because the tutorial is sooooo effin' long.

Towards the end, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Riku, Kairi, Axel, and Mickey fall into a massive pool of darkness. And as they slowly fall towards the center, where they will be crushed by the sheer soul crushing emptiness, they all grab hands.

By that time I should have a PS4, I think. Took me 7 years to get a 360 so here is to hoping.
I assume late 2015 release. Being that they have to make it as good as possible.
