It looks like my friend's Gameshark v3 is actually working--sorta.

After testing a long HP code, I wanted to try the Room of Sleep Room Mod. I used this code:

1032BAE0 0000041B

It's supposed to be "The Room of Sleep" jokered to the R2 button. I tried holding it down and moving to the next room, and the game freezes. I take it as a sign that something's happening, but not what I want. I tried using other room codes, jokering to L2, and other random stuff, but it always freezes. Anything I'm missing?

Also, I tried using the code without jokering, and the game froze upon loading my game.

I got bored enough to look through ps2dis and found four addresses involving Roxas' keyblade UCM digits, as well as I think Roxas' label. Could anything be done with these? Directly off a dump:

Apparently when I put in some of the addresses exactly as they are on the dump, I can run around as a t-stance sora after Roxas reclaims his keyblades.
EDIT: Moved where the aura is for a few seconds on Oathkeeper and Oblivion.

Whatever is making the keyblades have two sets of auras for about 3 seconds is coming from one of these 11 codes.

Whether or not the first digit is a 1 or 2 seems to have little to effect on anything with these.

EDIT:
12C3AEE8 00000952 and 12C3AF48 00000953 seem to cause the odd auras and t-stancing. The t-stancing also only happens in normal form for some reason.

Thanks, it worked. At least it was just a stupid mistake, and not something that couldn't be fixed. Now I just have to find codes for SOLID(ish) versions of the rooms I want!

 

Oh, Cloudstrife252! do u have Leon, Tifa, and Yuffie Jokered version (R2 button for all, coz when i press 2 different Joker Button and different character, all jokered party member don't appear) thanks!

if you were in normal for at the time of the dump, that could be why it only does it for normal form...

oddly enough, the 2 UCM digits after roxas would be - roxas' keyblade auras, take a look at the UCM. this code MIGHT stop the t-stancing, as it has BOTH datas in them:

it looks like 1500 is being quite repetitive, so now we end up with the myseterious 0B01 or 0B02

it loks like the last 2 digits 0B?? contain info about HOW MANY keyblades its modding while the 0B part looks quite constant...

the rest is a mystery right now, but will try to decipher it later...

Earlier I was seeing how those addresses act when put ingame, and noticed they do affect normal form Sora, but not properly. He seems to have found a pattern in the values though. Using all of the addresses at once even does nothing though Cloudstrife 252.
EDIT: Could someone do a dump of running around with Roxas' Keyblades in the fight? It might be possible for someone here to find the proper code. The dump I was looking at did not have any addresses around the 054C2548 area.

... It makes ALL of your moves finishers. As in, your combo consists of Sonic Slash -> Explosion -> Magnesplash with Normal Sora.

o.O I just discovered something though. In Final Mix, doing finishers decreases your Drive Bar. Why's that?
