"Same here." Riku agreed as he leaned against the outside wall of Miteta's house casually with Mira smiling while standing next to him.

 

Sora noticed the smile on miteta's face."you think she's okay riku?" sora whispered to his best friend.

 

Phenox looked over at Kairi and whispered something in her ear. Whatever it was, it made Kairi blush horribly.

"S-Sure... i'll see if I have time later." Kairi mumbled.

 

Riku looked over at Miteta and then at Sora. "No idea." He whispered back. What's with that weird smile? Is Mira rubbing off on her that fast?

 

Miteta was walking holding picnic when her fone vibrated. Still having a phony smile she checked to see her text messages.Uh oh dad's pissed.thought Miteta as she read the text. She put her phone away when she saw Phoenics was whispering in kairi's ear.I really dont wanna know...but if he hurts you let me know thought Miteta to kairi. Then she heard Sora and Riku whispering her name. She lift her hand to her face."Do I have something on my face?"she asked them.

 

He asked if we could meet alone at his house later. He has something he wants to tell me. Don't worry, i'm certain he won't hurt me. Kairi thought back.

Phenox smiled, this was it. He was going to romantically tell Kairi how he felt, and hopefully get a kiss... hell, hopefully she won't laugh at him.

 

Riku shook his head. "No. You just have a stupid smile on your face." He responded, smirking.

 

Miteta huffed."Don't Push it with me. I'm not in a good mood." she said. That's good....hey how about I put in your place if you want.Miteta thought to Kairi. Kairi won't laugh....Just tell her how you feel about her....Miteta thought to Phoenix.

 

Riku remained smirking. "Well, you looked like you were in a good mood only a few moments ago."

 

Miteta rolled her eyes."There's a reason they call it acting." she said walking. Her face gave away she was thinking hard about something.

 

Riku started walking next to Miteta. "That was a very cheesy act, then."

 

Um... okay. Kairi thought.

Phenox nodded in response.

I take it you want to be part of their bet? Miteta thought to kairi. "Was not. And like i said I'm not in a good mood."Miteta said coldly.

 

Riku looked at Miteta as they walked. "Your mood changes fast. What's up?"

 

Maybe... secretly... deep in the back of my mind, I want Phenox to win... okay. You can take my place. I'll try to get Phenox out of this... and I know the perfect way. Kairi thought. She then looked over at Phenox. You'll thank me for this someday... She then stepped back and drove her elbow into Phenox's groin, making it look like an accident. "Oh! Sorry!"

Phenox cried out in pain and fell to the floor, holding the area.

 

Riku winced as he watched what happened between Phenox and Kairi. "Ooh... that's gotta hurt."

 

Miteta secretly prayed for a distraction. Really smooth kairi but you saved me so yeah i dont mind taking your place...but later i have to talk to you...Miteta thought to Kairi."Phoenix are you alright?"Miteta asked looking concerned.

 

Kairi nodded. She helped Phenox up. "C'mon. Let's go to your house and put ice on that." She walked away with him.

 

Riku watched the two walk off. I sure hope Phenox is the one that puts ice on it and not Kairi.

 

Once the two were far away, Phenox spoke. "Why'd you do that?" He asked.

"I had to get you away from there. We need to talk... about the current relationship we have... the friendly one." She said.
