"We beat the visitors by a landslide. Haha, hardly a 'miracle game', ya?" Wakka joked towards Mira. It was now he realized he had forgotten his blitzball in his room on the mainland. Oh well, he thought, going to be kayaking today anyway.

 

"I'm fine with it, if Selphie is."Mira answered Miteta. She beamed and clapped her hands together when Wakka told her the good news. "Yeah! That's great you guys won!"

 

Mieta looked at Wakka."Yeah you guys did great. Good job." she said with a smile.

 

Selphie linked elbows with Mira and smiled at Miteta. "Sure why not!". The three headed down into town and went by the small island supermarket. Selphie started looking at coconut cookies and meat buns to purchase for the picnic later tonight.

While writing the notes Mr. Martin was scribbling on the board Hayner shifted his eyes to the door and see's Fuu walking in. Great she's in my class. Hayner thought while rolling his eyes and breathed harshly. Hearing the door close, Mr. Martin turned around and see's Fuu getting a seat. He picks up his attendance sheet, "You must be Fuu I'm guessing. Let this be the last time your late Ms.Fuu. Take out your pencil and paper and start writing these notes. Thank your classmate for having us review last year's Chemistry instead of starting this years." He gave Hayner a quick glance and went back to writing on the board. Whatever; Hayner thought. He throw away his notes and started drawing Struggle Match equipment.

Miteta blinked as she looked at the food."Are you gonna get food for the pinic?" she asked Selphie and Mira. I hope they dont get mad ad me if i don't eat anything. Miteta thought

 

Mira smiled brightly at Miteta. "Yep! A picnic isn't a picnic without food."

 

Ryoku smiled and said "D'uh!" sarcastically then laughed

The thought of roasted pork danced in Wakka's and he gingerly licked his lips and rubbed his stomach just in the thought of eating. "Don't forge' about de shredded barbeque pork, ya?"

 

Riku laughed. "You and your pork."

 

Kairi and Phenox walked up to Riku. "Hi, Riku." Kairi smiled and waved.

Phenox yawned and wrapped his arm around Kairi.

 

Riku looked over at Kairi and smiled. "Hey! Where have you been?"

 

"Sorry." Kairi giggled. "I volunteer a lot. That looks good on a college application." She smiled.

Phenox grinned. "I go where she goes."

 

Riku sighed and shook his head. "Always the responsible one of the group. Looking towards the future, while Sora and me are too busy freaking out over the present." He smiled at Kairi and Phenox.

 

"Aw, c'mon Riku." She ruffled his hair. "Focusing on the present isn't bad."

 

Riku nodded his head slightly as he swiped Kairi's hand off of his hair. "For right now, it's the only thing for me to pay attention to." He smirked.

 

Kairi smiled. "Anyway, what have you been up to?"

 

Riku made a small wave in the air with his right hand as he spoke. "Oh, you know. Hanging out with Wakka, get dragged around by a few new girls, take down a bad guy. The usual."

 

Kairi giggled. "Interesting." Her stomach growled.

 

Something suddenly came into Riku's mind, as if reminding him. "Selphie and Mira went into town to get some food for the kayaking trip later on today, if you were wondering."

 

"Oh, cool." Kairi smiled. "Man, i'm hungry. Had to skip lunch..."
