Riku's eyes widened. He never said anything about having a family... "Ansem the Wise was your grandfather?" He asked in astonishment, no longer hiding his surprise.

Miteta had to laugh."yes. He was my grandfather. He was my mom's dad." she said. Miteta laughed."why are you so surprised?" she asked him who looked shocked.

 

Riku looked down slightly. "He never said anything about his personal life, including having a family."

Quietly Riku lifted a hand and removed Miteta's hand from his chin and lowering his hand back down after letting go of her's. "And you know this how?" He inquired since Miteta's question that got them on this topic sounded more like she never met Ansem herself.

She widened her eyes. "Are you really that stupid?" asked putting her hand to her chin giving him a i thought u were the smart one look.

 

"It's not my fault you made it sound like you never met Ansem yourself. You asked me if he was a good man, if you had already met him then you would know the answer to that question already... unless you were just trying to get a conversation started... or change the subject." Now Riku seemed annoyed by someone calling him stupid. What gives her the right to go around calling strangers stupid?

She rolled her eyes."I was asking you if he was good man to you. And honestly you seem to act like you can never have any feelings of scared. and FYI your surprisingly ignorant. No wonder people put up with you sometimes. Ansem said it was because you had a strong heart. And im not trying to start a new conversation. I'm trying to see what you thought of my grandfather. After all he thought very highly of you." miteta said. He won't find out about my powers until they help him.Miteta thought. He's stubborn alrite.

 

Riku made a small wave in the air. "I greatly recall you asking me if he was a good man, not if he was a good man to me. And now that I know the specifics of your question, yes he seemed like a good man to me. There, happy?" Secretly, he could care less if Miteta was happy or not at this point. She was throwing insults at him left and right, which got him extremely upset. "And as for the emotions thing, I don't come out and say what I'm feeling because I think that coming out and saying every emotion you feel is stupid and time-consuming. If you're so interested in my emotions then I'll tell you right now I'm furious. As proff of that, I'm leaving. Later." He turned and walked over to the whole and crawled out the way he came in. Reaching out the other side, he stood up straight and continued walking as if nothing happened, the only signs of his frustration being his clenched fists.

Miteta sat down against the wall and decided to stay there. If its so stupid riku then how come you don't know that ansem predicted everything and he was right? What if I wait until everyone leaves and go find my family? No one will ever care about me. Dad doesnt have to know. He's on that stupid island with that horrible girl. thought miteta. I'm no one she thought. I'm nothing she thought. her friends she lefted had mumured "worthless.". So i am then she thought the tears rolled down her cheeks. I really am. She thought. Her powers echoed through Riku's head. Like hes gonna fcking care. she thought. Like maleficinet said "your gonna regret this dear." thought miteta the words echoing in her head. Like Anyone's gonna give a damn about me. miteta thought.

 

Riku paused as the voice echoes through his head. He glanced over his shoulder at the cave and, with hesitance, he turned around and went back inside the cave. When he reached Miteta, he offered a hand down to her to help her up. "C'mon, everyone will probably be leaving soon for the kayaking trip."

Miteta looked up. just act sick Miteta Thought. "i dont feel so good. I think I'll just stay here." she said. I can't face everyone like this. I'm not going. she thought.

 

Riku quietly kneeled down in front of Miteta and reached over, touching her forehead. "You look fine... and it doesn't seem you're running a temperature." Removing his hand, he kept his eyes on Miteta. I'm horrible at this... isn't this Mira and Sora's job?

Miteta raised an eyebrow then looked away. "i might being getting one. Besides Im roxasphilphcation to you." she said. I'm worthless to everyone....sMiteta thought. her thoughts echoed to him.

 

Riku blinked while looking at Miteta. That's a new one... He sighed and stood back up. "Alright, if you really want to stay here, then go ahead. But you should know, your thoughts are clouding your vision from the truth. If you really believe everyone thinks your worthless, then I'm starting to wonder why I even agreed to come in here. If I really think of you as worthless, then I wouldn't have bothered." With that, he turned and started heading for the whole again.

 

Miteta rose. Anger filled her. "i'll see you at school." she mummbled. Running away from him and ran to her boat, got in and went straight home.Miteta ignored heard everyone who tried to ask her but she just kept running. She ran til she was out of breath. "Your worthless Miteta." had seperioth said to her. "'You might be Queen but you'll never find him. He'll shunned you. Just like your dear daddy."' had said seperioth. Miteta breathed hard. She was back in town. Too...tired... she thought. She layed down under neath a cherry bollsoomed tree and closed her eyes. '"your my angel. My world."' said her mom.

 

Riku sighed as he crawled out of the cave. I give her a compliment, and she gets upset... I'm not sure if I'll ever understand girls. He stood up straight and whiped the dirt off of his pants.

Miteta heard his thought. I wasn't sure is that was a compliment or not because i couldnt tell if you were being sarcastic or not after all you dont show feelings cause its a waste of time. Miteta passed her thought onto riku. Miteta looked up to see the sky. Seperioth could be right....i am worthless. thought miteta. her thoughts were passing onto riku.

 

Riku sighed and shook his head. I said constantly expressing your feelings is a waste of time... and Sephiroth is just a liar, he'll say anything to tear someone down, the best thing to do is to just ignore him. He noticed Yuki and Mira sitting by the paopu tree, but kept moving as he didn't feel like interacting face-to-face with another girl since he wasn't sure if he'd get them just as upset as Miteta, even though it was completely unintentional.
