    Go to the Mountain of Screams. It is there that you will find the Cup of Pseudo-Metal. Drink from it then bathe in the blood of 100 virgins. You will then obtain the voice you need for Screamo.

    Actually, I made a mistake. The Mountain of Screams does not exist. The Mountain of Madness is where you should go. Just beware of the Shoggoth that you will face should you go there. Take a spoon, you might need to use it to defend yourself.
