ICSP, it's Kira's fault for not killing him off. He had two chances. He should be able to guess again.

It's not like we haven't figured out either he's the kira or he's a scapegoat for the kira. In which I'd be leaning towards scapegoat so why shouldn't he be able to? He already accused two people and the kira knows it. So a third doesn't matter.

He insist that is Pyro to be reinvestigated. As the investigators approach her house, Repliku, Chervalier, TheChosenOne, ヨシュア, Jettie, Nate_River, Darkrequiem0, CreatorOftheUncreatd, and What? all simultaniously die of heart attacks.

At the scene of the crime... a pile of ashes and a partially eaten peach was found...

The dark age of Kira has begun...

Well... the other Kira doesn't have a deathnote now as there was only one Death Note in play for round 4... but you won't ever guess that one.
