gintasthebest Dead from either Shinigami eyes or the kira knows the first name. Something linked to amber. hmm.
Heartless_Vice dead from a peanut. bummer.
CarbuncleGem - accused Pyro and is dead.
KittyKat88 doubtful since joining the game just now. Accused pirateking_luffy.
clouddart100 - comes in and out so it leads to question. Accused TrueKeybladeMaster
TrueKeybladeMaster - accused but found innocent.
Shades -Already been accused and released. Also accused DemoN:||D@ys.
Cocohints - Either ICSP kept Coco a secret or she's pretty much not the kira. I'm going to so far go with it that she's not. Cocohints accused Amber.
pirateking_luffy proven innocent of accusation. Committed suicide of his own volition.

The Investigated:
Pyrɸ - innocent by lack of evidence. whee. tortured even!
Amber - Accused by Cocohints. Released due to evidence.
Trogdor - Was accused and released. Accused Mr Despair.
jojo13 Rosey accused him. Released.
DemoN:||D@ys Accused by Shades and released. Accused Repliku.
Repliku Accused by DemoN:||D@ys and released.
Mr.Despair Accused by Trogdor and released.

Can't be the Kira

jettie - I'm near ready to possibly say no to jettie being the kira but still lingering on a couple things.

advent_of_apocalypse - been silent the whole game and yet a curiosity.

Okay, we're down to three possibilities unless the Death Note has changed hands or those who are inactive aren't so actually inactive and just aren't doing a thing in front of us.

TheChosenOne was on at 10:46 est today.
Nate_River - was on today claiming he could now come on. He was on yesterday if I recall.
Chervalier was on last at 9:25 pm last night.

These are remaining suspects unless someone passed the book to one of the living accused people, which is not impossible.

The kira has two people he/she can kill for accusations made. The game begins a new day. All suspects are in dark red now. This does not mean that someone did not pass the notebook but these are the likely candidates at the moment.

This Kira is quite clever.

it's getting kinda confusing since there's lots of spam when i'm gone but nothing happens and i look through all the pages and there's nothing new ._.

There has not been any new development in the case, except the fact that Nate_River has been on and that TCO has shown up... hmm... <_<

Well, the deaths are timed... so nothing is stopping Kira from sending ICSP the deaths and leave and go in his own merry happy way, now is there? For all we know, or assume that this Kira is not so active in the thread itself by posting, but does check in with it time to time. With that information, we can have only a handful of people that can be taken into consideration for being a probable Kira.

Yes... this Kira seems to know what he/she is doing. <_< But the list is getting shorter per kill, and per people being accused and released, so it's only a matter of time before we can catch this person! I want to strangle him/her for killing cocohints... she was my artistic hero and inspiration. ;_;
