Nate Rivers<-- He was apparently banned from computer and was phailing at life. However, I've seen on on a few minutes ago. However, due to the fact that he's said nothing so far, I believe he cannot be Kira.

Pyrɸ<--- Allready been Kira, so i doubt she'll be Kira again

No, Graxe is the 2nd Shinigami. Won't he say that you've been taken in and released due to lack of evidence? Well, either him or ICSP.

 

ICSP has no idea who the other Kira is, and we have no way of knowing what Graxe is going to do, because to my knowledge he's not released anyone due to lack of evidence, nor stated a means of death.

Graxe....we need you now.

 

So, once a Kira is found, there powers are nullified?

 

Basically, they are 'captured' and the round ends.
