I would say to be careful with thinking that the Kira was chosen only prior to now by an hour or so. There is nothing that says the Kira was not chosen sometime this afternoon or last night. I don't know if I'd say the Kira would have to be on at the game start or a bit prior since I doubt the Shinigami would want the Kira found out so soon so my list goes also to this afternoon for potentials.

My list hasn't changed much but for a couple updates since well, nothing is happening yet and no one's status that I can ascertain has really changed at all. Shades may be right in isolating the group that was here at game start and a bit before but I feel the list is a bit to small to well, make it so likely. One never knows for sure though.
