Fearless- Seems to have wanted the Death Note in the past. On very often. Gives an extremely unusual amount of input concerning the deaths, and may not see L as much of a threat, seeing as she wanted to be L originally.
L- Screwed over my plan to observe reactions. Any Kira knowing what they were doing would get him out of the way.

Let us consider that KoD4 may have had the death note, and switched it off to someone else when he went under suspicion. This would allow Kami to kill Kira, whilst Kira had pre-recorded a death(Finalform) to happen in a misleading fashion, using the shinigami eyes.
