So here is my theory: Graxe and Saint's deaths were the only ones that have been found to have their accusations falsified and have died because of it. The last 4 deaths have been either name deaths or they held onto the deathnote, swapped hands with kira and kira killed them.


Having said this, 8 accusers are still alive, in any other game, Kira wold have gone on a murdering spree and the game would be closer to ending.


We know that the dark knights, deathnote group are present except for a few members, so it's possible that the deathnote is changing hands after each accusation.


If the deathnote hasn't changed hands, then i will be extremely surprised.

 

That is exactly what I was thinking. I belive that STH may at some point held the death note, and is dead for some reason through that. However, both H_V and ISCP have said things in their PMs to me that strongly suggest that they do not or no longer know who has the death note.
It may have been with the Dark Knights before, but I doubt it is now.

Going off of what you just said, there's a slight, but very possible, chance of him being Kira. I'm not going to accuse him because he may be switching. But, they will work with trustworthy people, ie: their own group, the dark knights. So, it's likey to be HV working with others. I'm not sure who those others might be at the moment though.

 

As I said before, I think that the Dark Knights had it at some point, but Steal the Hail transferred it to someone else, who then killed him before he could tell the other Dark Knights. This would also explain why only one Dark Knight is dead, while the others are still alive.
