As Shinigami ...I feel I should say that Pika, uh...that's a lame idea. Why would people want to send the next person their true first names? If a Kira did his/her research, they could come up with most of the names of the people on that list. -I- have most of the names and did not have to ask but a couple people just to verify for game purposes. I'll be a nice person and say that plan is pretty lame so don't do it to give out your first names easily to possible Kiras in future games, let alone this one. Let the kiras work to get them as others of us did.

Another flaw in your plan is this. The Kira has a few people he/she can kill by having researched for names in the first place and also there are a few that have already done accusations that live. So it's a big waste of time and not wise as it only helps kiras in the future.

 

Yeah... I'm with ICSP on this one. Pika's plan doesn't seem that great.

Accusation
ICSP accuses Pika_Power. Pika Power is taken down to the station where he is forced to watch various Pokemon killed to lower their numbers because the wild life federation believes there are just too many of them to be supported in nature. This only makes Pika more angry so he is forced to serve on Team Rocket while his home is scoured for signs of the Death Note. However, there is nothing there but a ton of Pikachu stuffed toys everywhere, so the cops leave after taking some for their own kids to have and Pika is set free due to lack of evidence.

Nope, Pika isn't the Kira though that plan was definitely pointing towards 'obvious' choice. xD

Once results of your first accusation is posted... you can post a second, as long as you have supporting evidence...

 

You must have some kind of evidence to make a 2nd + accusation. However, you can make accusations after the Shinigami has posted the result of the former person you accused.

 

ok, well i have two outcomes so far 1. Kira is hiding amoung us wel but with the odd flaw, 2. Kira has passed on the death note to someone formaly accused.

A young boy is playing with a yo-yo several stories up in a building, outside on the balcony. And..whoops! It flings out of his grasp as he goes for that loopty-loop. Down it falls and cocohints, who was hanging out with some friends and had just gotten an ice cream cone is thwapped in the head and lands on the pavement dead.

Also, Fayt has been a member since May of 07...

And Cocohints has been using an alias for the last few weeks as she played the game... so its obvious Kira has been around long enough to know Cocohints... and know her well enough not to fall for the alias!
