ICSP accuses cocohints. cocohints is brought into the station and made to have to be in commercials about Cocoa Puffs for hours on end. After, she is forced to have to watch the torture of innocent coconuts as they are killed in various ways. However she just doesn't seem to have any information that would connect her to the kira. Investigating her house reveals that she's always wanted to be a cowboy, but she is released due to lack of evidence.

Well... I've only been investigating so many people...

Coco is the only one I couldn't find any evidence on, all the others have been accused often multiple times... I never believed it was her...

I just didn't feel like playing anymore...

Okay crew, we know Kira is one of us. We need to rat him out! We are the first and last line of defense. If we fail, the entire world will fall prey to him! All of us are here because we are not afraid of laying down our lives. Now listen carefully. I have a plan. It will require blood and sacrifice. You will need to put everything on the line to catch Kira.

We will corner him with the very things he seeks to end. The prey shall become the protector. We will trap Kira with our lives.

Firstly, those of us who have foolishly accused and failed. You are the first phase of the plan. If the plan is to work, you will be dead. As such, I request that you accuse as many people as possible. You have nothing to loose. Fake evidence if you must, but you must accuse as much as possible.

For everyone else, don't accuse anyone. Get an already accuser to do it for you if you have suspicions. But most importantly, I appeal to you to place your lives at risk. I wish you to look at this list:

I wish you to PM the user below you with your true first name. The person on the bottom, please PM yours to the person at the top. If you feel that your first name is already revealed to the Kira, please avoid this step and join the accusers instead.
If you do not co-operate, we will believe you to be Kira, and will act appropriately. This is not good if you are Kira, nor if you are an innocent.

If everyone follows the plan, the Kira should have no more victims left. The last accuser shall accuse and be killed on the same day. This means that at the end of the day, the Kira will gain the Shinigami eyes. This cannot be helped. Remember, we are sacrificing everything. While the Kira will gain the eyes, we will also get a hint from the Shinigami. We have many lives. The Kira only has one.

The Kira will now be faced with a choice. Does he keep letting the Shinigami reveal clues, or does he use the first name that he will have been delivered to him? If he chooses to use the name delivered to him, we will know his identity. If he chooses to ignore it, and continue, we shall have one of us accuse someone, so as to continue the stalemate, so that the eyes cannot be used continuously. We will hopefully get enough clues from the Shinigami to reveal Kira. If not, we are dead.

I am aware this technique has holes. If the Kira knows someone's first name apart from the name given to him, we shall loose another of us to accusing the person given the victim's name.

Despite this, I am confident my plan will work. Please reply and confirm your participation. Once everyone has done that, I will give the all clear, and you can reveal your names to your designated receiver.

The key flaw is that KIRA CAN KILL WHENEVER HE FEELS LIKE IT, AND IS NOT REQUIRED TO KILL IMMEDIATLY!!!!!
A better plan is simply for everyone to post honestly who they believe knows thier first names... that way an name Kill will give vital clues to Kira...

The only people to know my name are Pyro and Repliku...

People who might have seen my name are Pika_power... and CTR...

Thats how you do it Pika_power... but it doesn't matter in my case...

This limits first name kills...
