My only suspision of what might happen so far: If OblivionRoxas is released from interrogation, Xephos is at danger of becoming the first victim. I kinda doubt Saki's accusations against himself will count for anything but boredom. I also think that OblivionRoxas and Thalassa_Shells are in danger of becoming the first victims of kira UNLESS this kira wants the spam to disorient the detectives.

No one is innocent until Kira is caught. If you have been released from interrogation, that doesn't mean that you don't have the potential of being a killer.

And guys, roleplaying is in roleplay section lol. This isn't a typical roleplay.


Now, since I risked being up late (3:30 AM and my mom is pissed) for this, try to wait until something happens instead of just spamming for the hell of it.

Accusations

Graxe accuses Genesis RCS - Genesis RCS is hauled down to the police station and tormented by watching the same episode of Sponge Bob Squarepants 50 times. He is then made to dance around in a Teletubby outfit...probably the one with the long weird thing on his head that looks like a phallus. Sent to walk on hot coals even does not get him to break. Doing a search of his home, they kick his sister out of the room because she was reading his diary and in the way, but they find no incriminating evidence other than he has an obsession with another book called 'Loveless' and has a fascination on obtaining S-cells. He is released due to lack of evidence.

Xephos accuses OblivionRoxas - OblivionRoxas is tied up in chickenwire and dragged down to the police station on the back of a cow truck. Getting out of there, he is made to do hard labor on a farm and to pick out any chickens that look like they may have avian flu so they can be shipped off to KFC. He's then hung upside down and tickle-tortured but still does not break and claims innocence. Exploring his home reveals he has Hannah Montana posters and the Walmart T-shirts of her but no sign of the Death Note. He's released also due to lack of evidence.

Saki accuses himself - The cops just shoo him out and give him a jar of dirt to play with.

 

I accuse Jesus.

Ok, the fact that no one was killed only strengthens my theory that Kira doesn't know what the hell Kira is doing.

Or the whole scapegoat plan is in effect. Although I don't see why Kira would need that many scapegoats...

 

Wouldn't be surprised if it was Shells. Or the other guy (not tellin').

These accusations were made today. Usually Kira kills people after a day has passed...like morning.

I think that Kira must be someone who is not on often AND is a n00b! That way it makes more sense that no one has died yet!
Although, it could be that hearing peoples thoughts on the case, Kira could've accused someone, knowing that the premise that Kira is a n00b would drown out his still being alive after accusations.
With the Yotsuba hypothesis still in effect, it would have to be someone who accused and has many friends also playing the game...

 

Unless Kira is trying to sway you to believe that they don't know what they are doing. Assume nothing.

 

But if Kira were to wait that long, then the Shinigami would kill him?....
Unless he uses the death note to manipulate the time of death!
