I accuse Pika, as VH and Coco who where obviously investigating from more spam in this thread and Coco from what I can tell had been doing other investigating and since Pika is a smart detective normally he would target those who where working the most clearly. I think thats a form of evidence. XD

 

Then be happy i'm making the ultimate sacrifice with my random accusation with the least amount of evidence i could give

 

Accusation: During the night, Storm Troopers sent forth by Fayt run into Pika Powers giant infatable Pikachu to arrest Pika_power. The Storm Troopers search through all his belongins... and have Pika_power in the corner. Until they eventually find a black notebook with the words, "Death Note" written in gold leafing on the cover. The police confront him with the evidence. Pika Power denies any involvement with Kira, and even waives his hands very Jedi-ish, and says, "This is not the Death Note your looking for." The Storm Troopers stupidly believe him, hand him the Death Note, and keep searching the building.

Using his rodent like agility, he then escapes from the room. However, he is found two hours later dead of a heartattack. No evidence was found. However, his home is turned into a pokemon theme store.

The second clue was false. It is a common mistake. Electric types have no trouble with rock. It is ground that trumps us. Geodude and Onyx happen to me primarily rock based, but also are ground.

 

Actually its not...

Kabuto/Kabutops is water/rock type. And he's immune to electricity. Rocks do trump you.
