I accuse Steal The Hail Based on the fact that he was online just before the round began, yet hasn't been on after Shades announced the official begining of the round.

There has also been no kills... meaning its a possibilty that he is Kira, but hasn't had a chance to kill yet.

Interogation:

Steal the Hail was taken to police headquarters and questioned. Little was uncovered except for the fact that StH suffers from a phobia of snow. He was released due to a lack of evidence.

DEATH:
After the interrogation, ICSP walks out of a building and gets shot down by Saki, who is later caught and convicted of 1st degree murder.

Time of death: 7 pm PST

Fayt:
Your accusation will not be accepted because there is 12 players. Therefore you need evidence as to why.

Seriously though, this should mean we get a clue, right? After all, if both the きら and the しにがむ break the rules, they should compensate.

 

Then how do you explain why Saki wasn't controlled by DN?

 

Oh I have to give proof? well at the time of the death note being dropped I remember Graxe, StH and myself being online and I think Graxe deleted a post inbetween the ones Shades did so Graxe must have it, but by now he probbibly would of switched it.
Still i'm accusing Graxe with that evidence XD *waits to be killed*

Thats a little too obvious with the evidence I have aswell, I know who Kira is for sure but does Kira still have the death note by now?

I killed ICSP. .

 

Of your own choice no less.

My proof is that the Death Note would not work in those conditions.

1. You cannot use a human under your control to kill another human.

2. If two names are written down, the details are ignored and both die of heart attacks.

3. You have 23 days to control someone, then they die. Death Row and Court takes far longer than that, so Saki cannot be executed within 23 days. In the case of them not dying within the 23 days, they simply die of a heart attack.

So either the Shinigami let that little rule slide, in which case he should be captured and tortured by the King, meaning the Kira would be unable to get the Shinigami Eyes due to a lack of Shinigami, or Saki killed ICSP 'cause he felt murderous.

Oh, and Saki's death has not been stated yet. He is still in prison. Can I bail him out?

I'm using L's legacy. If Near can afford to pour billions out like that, I can afford to bail out a detective.
