I think the order was Red, Green and Blue *doesn't know which duck is which due to mostly reading comics while they wear black clothing and no hats*. Not sure though, that might be extra.

I don't remember which one is which but it's based on speed. Pretty much doing it as fast as you can is the extra one. I believe the regular one is before you get to 1 minute and the alternate is with 1 minute and less to spare.
