KH: High Times At Twilight High

Rei immediatly looked back at Axel, almost forgetting that he had been watching her. Hearing his last comment, she put on a huge smile, just for him. "Oh, really? Well how's this?" Rei stuck her tongue out at him playfully, laughing at the same time.

 

Axel just stuck his tongue back out at her the same way, before pulling it back, and raising his eyebrows, as he teased, "Careful, I might take that and do a repeat of what happened before." Stretching again as he sighed, he leaned back lazily in his chair, thinking over the night's events, and man, what a night it was. This will be one to tell his grandkids one day. "So what do you wnat to do now? The dance is almost done in like 20 or 15 minutes, so if you want to keep rumping of what is called a 'dance', we can, if you want to just rest, we can, or do you want to leave? We can hang in your room for a while..."

Axel bit his lip at that, thinking that was a little too much. Though, just because all the things that were said and done, didn't mean that he can never visit her and keep her company, right?

Rei almost sat up immediatly, about to shout YES! five times, but she restrained herself. Instead, she smiled back at him, folding her arms. "Wanna just go? It's almost over with anyhow, and we could go back to my room for a bit. You know, to hang out..." she said in an almost excited tone. She was still aware of the semi-rejection he had given her, but she couldn't resist her girlish fads, now could she?

 

OOC: I knew it would :D.

"Um...that was what I suggested..." Axel told her with a odd tone as he eyed her confused, but decided to brush it off, since it was probably her answer to his question. He could only stay awhile though, as he knew exactly what was waiting for him after the dance, and even if he was a bit tired, he wouldn't go back to the agreement, not that he could even if he tried. Holding back a yawn, he bounced up from his seat, waking himself up more as he stood, and sent her a look. "Though I guess that's what you want. Let's go then, but I'll taste my Tropic Brew one last time, I spiked the punch, and I only got to taste it once." Dusting off his clothes, he then noticed something as he studied them. "You know...other than the shoes, I dressed like a Prep, except without all the damn bright colors that represent sickening utter happiness."

"I guess so...really, I was expecting her to be upset or something," Riku responded back, as he eyed Larxene heading to Marluxia to as everyone congratulated her on what she did, or clap at her decision. Turning his attention back to his lover now that the situation was solved, he eyed her. "Want to leave? Or keep dancing? I take whichever, I just hope you don't forget the plan I have for you..."

 

Rei stood as well, looking intently at his outfit as he mentioned that he dressed similar to a prep. "Well, if a prep wore that, they couldn't pull it off like you can, Spike. And yeah, I'd like some of your Tropic Brew before we leave as well. I only had one drink, so we'll have to fix that, wont we?" She walked to his side, looping her arms through his once again, almost forgetting the previous happenings at the dance. But boy, a lot happened tonight. Not only between them, but in general.

Walking over to the punch table, Rei took the ladel and filled a cup fpr herself, taking a sip of it. The fruity taste peaked her taste buds once again, the delicious flavor sinking in. "This is really quite good, Axel, you did a good job."

 

"Aw, you're making me blush, Spicy," Axel mockingly squealed like a girl, fanning out his face with his hand for added flare. Sticking his nose up, he grabbed one of the cups blindly, before he put it down, getting the ladle after she was done. He could see the punch was almost empty, and taking in a ladle-full, porued it into his cup, making sure it was full to the brim. Not only that, but he also succeeded in getting back Rei's forwardness, which was nice. "But seriously, thanks for both compliments."

He took a careful sip, not wanting to spill it, and agreed more with Rei now that he had experienced the flavor again. Glancing at her sideways, he held the cup up as if announcing some advertisement. "How about we take this to go?"

 

Rei giggled. "Sure thing, Spike." Relooping their free arms, she led him towards the exit of the gym. Walkng out into the hallway and towards the dorms, she took in a deep breath. The dance was over for them, and man, what a night it had been.

Taking another sip from her drink, she looked up at Axel. "So, have a good time at the dance?"

 

Axel thought over the question for a second, before giving one single satisfied nod. "Yeah, actually...it was eventful, it had its downs...you know, but it was really great. Not to mention the whole Larxene thing, though I'm glad she got out of that fine, smart. And...I had amazing company," Axel added in, smiling at Rei as he stared at her honestly. She really was, most of the good times were spent cracking up and having fun, and just nice. In fact, out of all the girls he took to dances from before, she was the best.

Holding back another yawn, he walked with her, their arms looped, to the dorm building, now going down the hall and going to the stairs. Axel was the one that opened the black door for them, and they quickly climbed up. "So, what are we going to do in your room? Play games, watch movies or TV, talk...?"

 

"Hmm, well, I could totally kick your *ss at video games, all I have are chick flicks and anime, and all that I can think of being on TV would be soap operas, which suck, so what would you like to do?" she said, eyeing him questionably. "Oh, hey, I just thought of a joke that one of my old friends told me. Wanna hear it?"

 

"Please, I would tremendously kick your fine a** to the next generation at video games, so you got that part wrong, Miss. Even in arcade, like DDR and Guitar Hero, I pawn, so shush," Axel retorted confidently, taking a huge sip from his drink as they went into the hall of the second floor, now heading to Rei's room. He could scarcely remember the last time he was there, and it was kind of awkward, but they barely knew each other back then...and what she did. Taking another sip before he spoke again, he continued, "I didn't see you as one for chick flicks, I love animé, and in this school, we have beautiful cable, so there's more than soap operas. And sure. If that joke is funny like the last one, then bring it."

"Oh, we may just have to play video games to settle this dispute. And as for the joke..." Laughing a bit to herself before speaking, she started the joke. "'Kay, if quizzes are quizzical, then what are tests?!" She smiled at her own lame joke, but it was funny.

If Axel would in a conspicious animé world he would have surroundly face-faulted, but since it was impossible to reach the properties of that type of animation, all he did is half-lid his eyes, staring at Rei dryly. " Wah, wah, waaaaaaah." But in finality, he ended up laughing a little anyway, since the joke was so stupid, that it was funny. He shook his head at her, chuckling a bit more, taking another sip of his Tropic Brew as they stopped in front of her door, and he simply waited. Though...he had to ownder briefly if she was going to try anything while in there...and remembering he was attracted to her, he wouldn't do something stupid along the way. Desire was one untimely thing. "Okay then, that would be one thing we'll do, play games. Man, it feels like is been a long day, but I guess dances get you that way. The moment I get in, I'm going to hit your bed...and maybe we can have a little rump."

Of course, the last part was a joke, and he made sure that it sounded that way, he couldn't lead her on like before.

 

"Hardy-har-har, Spike," Rei 'laughed', jamming her key into the lock as she opened the door. Stepping in, she turned on the lights, settingher keys on the table and finishing her drink. Throwing away the paper cup, she stretched and plopped onto the couch.

 

Axel did the same, though he more like gulped it in one swing since his was more full, and he took a minute to swallow it, his cheek spuffing a bit until it all downed into his stomach. Crushing it in his hand, he shot the paper cup like a basketball into the hoop (trash can), and smirked when it made it swiftly. He then looked around the drom for a moment, the second time he's been here, and walke dvoer to Rei's tidied up bed, only to jump, and plop down himself on the matress, immediately digging his face into her pillow, which smelled like her natural scent. His voice muffled, he asked, "Okay, so when are we going to play the games...if I even manage to get up..."

OOC: I'm about to retire :/ (my eyes are dying), so I'll talk to you later. See ya.

Rei chuckled as Axel plopped onto her bed, his face in her pillow. "Well, the controller extends all the way to the bed, if you're interested. Want to play video games now?" She stood, walking over to the bed and sitting on the end.

 

"hmm...well that's a hard discision. And no, I won't ever forget it." she tells him. Then thinks. dance? or leave? Well, she was pretty excited for this plan of his. "alright, I've decided." she says then backs up away from him a bit, just a bit. Turning to the direction of the door she looked back at him. "well, let's go. I'm dying to find out about this plan of yours." she says smiling.

OCC: man...I go online again and you guys are off. oh wellz! Anyways, see ya two tomorrow. :)

She decided to go check on Rei and Axel before going to her own dorm.

Ah well.......dancing with Tidus was pretty nice.....

She knocked on Rei's door.

Rei heard the knock on the door, sighing and hopping up, walking to it. When she opened the door, she saw Angel and smiled brightly at her. "Hey, Angel." Then she whispered, "Too bad things didn't go well with my plan, and don't talk about it, Axel's here." Smiling again, she moved so Angel could come in. "We were gonna play some video games, wanna join?"
