Axel just raised a eyebrow, not impressed, and spoke as if tired, "Just don't hurt her again, I hated seeing her like that because of you and your problems. By the way, you might want to take back that ******* comment."

 

Cloud shrugged,not surprised at all by Axel's lip reading"Im not surprised you figured it out...how many lip's have you read this week?..Larxene im sure...didnt know you could read someones lips by kissing them....oh and--"Cloud stopped,forgetting that he was there to make peace,not start a conflict"Nevermind..it's none of my buisness...anyway..let's get back to our date's.."Cloud said and walked back to the gym

 

Axel's expression darkened, his eyes going into slits at the guy before him, and at his comments. He was about to make him shove it up his *ss, and he was wrong anyway. He wasn't reading Larxene's lips...it was more like Braille. However, he stopped himself as his words sunked in, a little, tad, bit surprised. How does Cloud know?

And it was then that another puzzle was filled. Tifa's slip up, he already knew, wasn't one, but this confirmed it. Now there was only one missing piece left. Seeing Cloud walk away, Axel followed behind, smirking as he said to him, "You're right, it is none of your business. And thank you, I think you just helped me immensely."

That said, he brushed passed him quickly as he picked up his pace, heading back to the gym for Rei.

 

Cloud watched Axel brush past him

Helped? he thought with a confused look,Cloud had a feeling he slipped up and sped after Axel"What are you going to do?''he asked desperately

"I'm not going to do anything," Axel replied smoothly, not expecting Cloud to reach him so fast at his remark. He didn't look at him as he kept walking, thinking over what he knew so far. Then he said, "There's one more thing to clear out, and we'll see then."

She had followed them in but now she was lost.

She decided to find an emo corner and stay there.

 

roxas looked around at everyone again

 

Olette just tugged at his hand gently, giving him a slight smile. "Come on, we should look for a table." She was about to go over, until she noticed a particular someone close to the entrance they were, that she didn't notice before, looking very gorgeous. And another girl with her that kind of resembled her. "Isn't that Tifa?"

 

roxas looked over"yeah i think so"he said

 

Staring over more closely, she saw that they were deep in concersation, and one had a gloomy atmosphere, and so she lead Roxas forward to the punch table as she explained, "We can greet them later, they seem edgy. Hey, maybe Axel is even here, if he has a date. Do you know who's that girl beside Tifa?"

 

"Might be angel"roxas said

"Is that her name, Angel?" Olette inquired to be sure, as she got Roxas' uncertain expression. She was a Skater, but she didn't know any of these newcomers. The only one she was familiar with was Tifa.

"ah no wait its rei"roxas said

 

Rei looked back at Tifa, trying to cheer herself up. "Well, he was basically checking her out. And he spoke harshly towards Marluxia, and said that I was better than Larxene. But it's all for show, I know that." Rei half smiled. "But yeah, my plan is still in action," she said, grinning fully.

 

Cloud followed Axel closely

 

Tifa sighed, a bit disappointed at the turn of events, stupid Axel. She eyed her straight in the face, a confident smirk on her lips as she adviced, "Good, keep going with that. It's time to take drastic measures of seduction. Larxene should be busy handling Marluxia now, so she will be out of sight for a while, I'm guessing. And if Axel does spot her, make sure to keep his eyes off. We can't let that interfere." From the corner of her eyes, she saw a mane of firey red hair coming to them, her own blond following behind, and she gave Rei one last strong glance. "Get ready."

Axel stiffly stepped into the gym, his brain still reeling on what Cloud admitted, and what was happening. Things weren't going so well in the dance so far, and now he didn't know how Rei would act, but he really couldn't help himself. Larxene was right there, yet he should've been more...courteous.

Reaching the two girls, he shifted his eyes between them before landing them on Rei, giving her a gentle, apologetic smile as he went to grab a hold of her hand softly, almost like in redemption. "We can do anything you feel like doing. Should we dance or sit on a table for a while?"

Olette stared at them from the corner of her eyes, and widened them when he saw Axel followed by some blond that she didn't really couldn't identified. She raised her eyebrows interestedly when the redhead when to hold Rei's hand, but a bit awkwardly, and had forgotten about her drink now. "Look, Axel's here. Is he going out with Rei?"

 

"uh..not really sure..."roxas said

 

She stood in her emo corner and then deicded to sit down leaning against the wall.
