KH: High Times At Twilight High

Axel tensed at her action a little, blinking, before raising his eyebrows in interest, and suspicion. There she was, touching him like that again. Thinking of brushing it off and see what else he thought she would do, he gave her a sweet, yet sly smile. "Thanks, and I love your dress."

Putting what happened with Marluxia at the back of his mind, though thinkign a tad on what Larxene would wear, he gave a look to Angel to see if she was coming, before turning back to Rei, beginning to walk down the hall, joking with amused smirk, "Nice shoes."

Tifa slowed down her dancing, and eyed her boyfriend warily, wondering if he wanted to take a rest. Though she did like the compliment. Gazing at him, she asked, her arms around his neck loosening, "Do you want to take a rest or a drink?"

 

"Are you kidding,I could go all night!''Cloud said as he continued dancing skillfully

 

Larxene waited, until she heard a knock upon her door...to which she assumed was Marluxia.
Standing up, she walked over to the door, opening it to see him standing there.
"Hey, Marluxia," she greeted, smiling softly.

 

Tifa laughed as she shrugged, and she was a tad hot herself, yet she was used to the constant rhythm of dancing. Shaking her hips in her own type of movement, she grinned her pelvis in his for a little, before turning around again to her back, continuing it as the song roared in her ears. "If you say so, I was a little worried, though if you're thirsty...."

 

"If im thirsty I'll ask you if I could have a drink...if you know what I mean.''Cloud said devilishly,he paused and looked around for a moment"..Axel still isnt here yet..''he mumbled to imself

 

Marluxia looked at her in a cold way.

 

"Marluxia, what's wrong?" Larxene asked, tiltined her head to the right slightly. He definitely seemed upset, if he was staring at her so coldly...

 

OOC: Couldn't help yourself, could ya? XDD

Rei gave Axel a crooked smile, tilting her head to the side in a matter-of-fact way. "Oh, I know. Yours are pretty fancy too," she said, chuckling a bit. "And your necklace looks great on you, naturally." Noticing Axel's suprized at her action, she knew that there was still a chance of gaining his heart. "Hmm, we match very well, wouldn't you say?"

OOC: I am not in a good mood right now...

BIC: Marluxia stared at her silently "Nothing" He said.

 

"Well...we ought to head to the dance now...right?" Larxene said, as she walked closer to him. "Although you do still seem quite...upset..."

 

"I am not upset" Marluxia said "And yes we should go" He said.

 

OOC: Nope :D. And when Axel and Rei come to the dance, I'm gonna make it convenient and make Buttons by the Pussycat Dolls play xP. Or maybe Don't Cha xD, a bit fitting.

"Hmm, I do say we do, though it was a given that I would wear red. The black though was the unexpected," Axel responded leveled, feeling a bit uncomfortable for some reason, though his smirk was still present as they walked to the school building, headed for that ever looming gym where the dance was stationed. And talking about clothes, he did wonder what Larxene was wearing, or her dress, and he wanted to see her, if she was there with Marluxia now. Yet, so far, Rei was obviously teasing or flirting again, two can play that game now if he didn't show himself go stiff, and his gut feeling told him this dance was going to be...interesting.

Looking at Rei honestly, despite trying not to grin, his free hand pulling a strand of hair behind her ear, touching a bit of her lobe softly, he said, "You do look very pretty tonight though..."

Tifa slightly frowned when Cloud mentioned Axel, though she didn't stop dancing as she thought about it, worry creasing her features. Did Marluxia really hear them? If so, then....it would be their fault if something happened, they should't have been so loud. Sighing, hoping Axel or Rei would appear, she questioned, "You don't think Marluxia was serious, do you?"

 

Cloud had gotten the feeling he worried Tifa with his last comment,so he decided to joke around with her to try and change the subject,he turned back to Tifa"Hey..If I cant beat Axel,then nobody can!''he said and laughed

 

Rei smiled softly as he tugged at her hair and grazed her earlobe. Looking at him affectionately, she said "Thank you, you look extremely handsome as well." Now showing her teeth as she smiled, she giggled a little bit before looking forward again. She didn't want to walk into any walls.

OOC: Believe me, done it before. I wear glasses, so I've bent a few :o lol

 

OOC: Lol xD. It's okay, happens to all of us. The only time I've bended my glasses (I wear them too), is when...a volleyball hit me. I laughed along with everyone else though, since is common for us, the accidents -_-. I don't know whether to miss it or be glad.

"Handsome? Obviously," Axel agreed completely with a arrogant tone as he lead them to the dance, wondering for a little if Angel was following them as they reached the basement. Getting into the hall, the music was blaring in his eardrums, and he felt adrenaline rushing already, maybe he could breakdance if they get to it. to impress a certain someone if she won't be busy. Perhaps even his own date, though Rei did look like a dancer herself. He eyed the female mischieviously. "Hope you can grind flawlessly."

Though he didn't doubt it.

Tifa laughed once more as well, more at what he just admitted, than the actual joke. She was aware what he was trying to do, but she wouldn't be soothed until he saw Axel. Dancing more roughly and even pressing closer as she swerved into him, she replied, "Oooh, so Axel beat you?"

 

Cloud lightly shook his head"No...no one won...too bad my Buster Blade is lethal...otherwise I'd show him..''he said as he began dancing flawlessly again

 

Entering the room of the dance, Larxene peered around. The room's lights were dimmed, were several other multi-colored lights dancing across the walls and floors. Several tables lined the walls, filled with bowls of food and other drinks. A multitude of scents filled the air - perfumes, colognes, food...
Music bounced off the entire room, resonating loud and clear, reminding Larxene of her dance upon the roof...
Glancing at Marluxia, whose silky, puce-colored locks were combed smoothly, and wearing a crisp, black tuxedo, he seemed quite cold, almost distant. Well, wasn't this going great.

OOC: I have no idea how the dance looks so I just wrote that randomly. xD

 

OOC: Haha, it's finally THE DANCE!!! How long did the day of the dance drone out? lol

Hearing the distantdown the hallway, fast music made Rei energetic. She was most definitly ready to dance. Hearing Axel's comment, she eyed him, eyebrows raised. "Hmm, you'll have to wait and see," while flicking him lightly on the chest on her last word. Her arm still intwined with his, they continued their trek down the hallway.

 

Marluxia glanced back at Larxene.

"Hmm..." Tifa teased as a smile grazed her face, hearing what he was saying. It didn't ease her concern for Axel, but it did provide some type of amusement. Though she had to somehow get or watch the entrance, not all stopping her dance actions along the way. "I'm telling you not to underestimate Axel, though remember that you still have to talk to him, okay?"

"I guess I will," Axel mocked lightly with the same tone as he raised a brow, not affected thankfully, by the flick in the chest. It was more like friendship teasing, though he knew better. Entering the now full gym, he stopped himself from going right in, seeing almost everyone on the dance floor or roaming.

However, his breath got caught in his lungs and he almost paused on his step on going inside when he spotted Larxene...with Marluxia. It was their backs, but from what he can see, she was wearing a black colored dress, and and so he took the time to eye her from behind. Getting himself back together, he walked forward, on purpose up to them, and ignoring what Rei will say, he turned to look at Marluxia, as he suddenly stood side by side to Larxene, a fake grin on his face.

It wouldn't matter if they were Preps or Skaters, Axel's expression made sure it didn't look happy, despite his greeting.

"What's up, Marluxia? Going to dance anytime soon?"
