KH: High Times At Twilight High

I'm not reading all fo that...yes....I normally read 20 pages(used to anyway...because people at All boys College wouldn't stop frekaing posting til the early daylights of morning! :yelling:.....but that was in the summer...now..I have no time...)

Angel was wandering around.

 

Axel watched Roxas studying the opposite side, and he was surprised at how many were left. Not a lot, and Tifa seemed to be ona pedestal, keep going for Roxas. Axel would have thought she would take him out more, but she seemed to be leaving him for someone else. Grasping another one in a flash he set it on fire, and swung at warp speed at Rei, way rash than intended, but if his calculations were right, and she was going to do what he knew she would, it can maybe work out. At that minute, he eyed the clock, knowing they had three minutes left.

Might as well, ground down all of Tifa's little team, and they win by default. And that's what he was starting to do, as he threw some at most of them, some of them ducking in fright at the fire ball. "Roxas, make sure to lower her team mates, the bell is close to ringing!"

Tifa had growled, as she distinctively heard Axel's shout, just after she threw another ball at Roxas, aiming for a spot that would be hard to miss. Damn that redhead, he was going to massacre her group, if only he didn't divert her on choosoing stronger one when they were picking.

She caught a few balls, trying to get more of her people back in more. They needed to either have more than Axel's team, to win, or have the same number, a tie. It was one of those two she wanted, and she was determined to get it.

OOC: Well, we're all in gym class playing dodgeball, with a speacil-made ball that harnesses your powers, so if Axel has fire, he can make the ball on fire. I don't think you have that class with us, though were almost done.

 

Pooh......freaking tree....-_-......ah well....

She had a dentist appointment that morning and missed most of school.

 

OCC: so the games still on, huh? Ya know this is making me really want to play dodgeball with my buddies XP

Sharix hit someone from the other team hitting him quite hard. But still, he was concidered out of the game already.

" Axel, what now?" she asks him,

I had an interesting chili burger, it was actually good ^^

Rei glanced at the surging ball of fire headed straight towards her, and she tried to react quickly. But when she saw Axel's orange aura dancing around him, she could tell that he was deep in thought about defeating her and had a plan made out for this action. She had to improvise...
Rei, instead of showing the technique that she had constantly been using, she put both arms in front of her body, focusing on the dodgeball. Within seconds of hitting her, she made the ball burst as the air buildup within it exceeded the limit. Flames scattered over the foor, and they smoldered out. The aftershock of the sudden gust even sent Rei back a bit.

 

Sharix was quite startled after what just happened. Who did this? Sharix started looking around the gym, she still had a ball in her hands just incase.

 

OOC: Hmm. You're making me hungry xD.

Hearing Sharix's question, Axel replied quickly, "Just try to get a lot of people out of that team as much as possible, the bell's about to ring!"

He then concentrated slowly to see what Rei's action was going to be, he had gone through anything possible that she could come up with, and came to a solution that can probably counter anything. Another dodgeball in flames, and aiming, he waited patiently until the other ball got close, before throwing this one with more speed as well, following after its predecessor. Axel gave a silent cheer as the ball explode from the overabundace of air, unexpected, but still not hindering. He even started questioning his luck as the force of it pushed her back, distracting her, only for the ball he recently swung come close to one inch from her, ready to slam.

 

She nodded at Axel then threw the ball at one of the other students from the other team, hard sending her out as well. She continued doing this to other students using darkness on some of them too.

 

OOC: I'm making myself hungry, haha.

Rei immediatly recognized her mistake, and turned focus on the new threat. The ball came closer and closer to her, particularly her face. Not being able to think of anything else, she bent back, curving her spine as the dodgeball seared over her. She could feel the heat against her body, and she winced as some sparks landed near her stomach. But the ball had missed, and as she stood straight, she had to brush off the debris from her torso. Eeing Axel carefully, she tried to anticipate his next move. Another ball, normal, came towards her as she easily caught it and retaliated, taking that person out and bringing a bencher back in.

 

OCC: lol, now your making me hungry too!

Sharix just kept aiming at the other students, she missed on one a couple of times but evaentually she used the darkness to aim at him carefully. Now, there wasn't any ball near her, the only ball near her was commming in to hit her- problem is, it wasn't only a ball, there were three. Thrown by the other team of course, but still, she had to dodge it. Remembering what was tought to her before she dodged the first two easily using a simple cartwheel and sumersault, landing with ease of course. The third one came in closer, much, much faster than the two others a while ago. She dodges it quickly, tumbling away. It nearly hit her, infact the moment she went out of the way, she had already seen it about just an inch beside her. Getting up to her feet, she saw a ball right beside her. She grabbed it and went back to 'attacking' the other team.

 

Tifa almost held her breath in as she saw what was about to hit Rei in the gut, and she was about to run and get hit her herself, knowing that it was better her than Rei, who was the one with most powers left, only to stop seeing as she was going to handle it. She gasped as the flames crazed, more at the fatc that Axel didn't cool the fire as he should have.

What the hell was he trying to do?!

Tifa sent him a very menacing, and reprimanding glare, clutching the dodgeball in her hand, and throwing it at him.

Axel easily caught it, grabbing it with both his hands, as he held it there, looking over to the bench, and nodded at a random kid who performed well to get up here. Watching him comply, he turned back to eye the opposite group, smiling seeing at how close Rei was to his flaming little ball, happy even though she avoided it. All he wanted was to make his little mark to show who was the most dominant, and he had done so, succesfully. Roxas and Sharix did a stupendous job of lowering the members, and now was the finale. Axel was setting on another swing, knowing Tifa's team was low on numbers, and if Reixa is out, it was just a breeze from there. He aimed and began to swerve when the bell of the period rung in his ears, along with the coach's whistle, halting the game permanently.

Pooh...

 

Hearing the bell, SHarix stopped immediatley. dangit, this was getting so fun... she thought. She dropps the ball she was holding, then looks at all the other srudents. Some looked exhausted though, others were just so active, while some were annoyed. Though, her herself wanted to play some more, she was pretty tired.

 

OOC: More Dominant?! Ooooh... Axel's getting it big time XDD lol

Nope, not Reixa in this one :D Haha, I've done that before.

Rei was ready for what was next... except the bell. Sighing, she was actually quite disappointed that the game had ended. She would have counted to see who won, but the onslaught of students rushing out the gym doors made that almost impossible. She couldn't tell, and wondered whether or not the coach had decided a winner, or a tie.
Brushing it off, she turned and walked towards Tifa. "Man, I wish we had another fifteen miutes, ya' know? That was interesting."

 

Sharix helped around, placing the balls back to their propper places.

 

OOC: I have to say, Axel has a superiority complex that is seen at rare times, especially when competing. Hence, the more dominant, as the best one of their respective teams were Rei and him xDD.

"Wai-, I need to count the-would just stop running?! The locker room isn't going to go anywhere! Argh. Forget it. IT'S A TIE!!" he shouted to the whole place, frustrated at the students not listening to him.

"A tie?!" Axel began to protest, the moment after the bell rang counting down quickly on hwo was left on each side. It was eight to five, his had the more people, as predicted, and he was irritated that it was proclaimed a tie. Being who he is, he wasn't going to let it go this way. Crossing his arms, he glared at the teacher. "I counted, we won."

The coach chuckled, knowing he wasn't lying when he was this annoyed. "Fine, Axel. Your team won, I'll post the the score, and we'll continue next week as it's Friday." He slapped a hand on his back. "See you soon."

Axel just smirked, feeling content at the fact that they were the victors in the first round, and he was bent on winning the second. When there was a streak, he wouldn't let it go until there was the clear triumph in his hands. He sent a smile to Roxas, silently telling him to be prepared for the next one.

"I understand, I didn't want it to end so quick. But time passes by when you're having fun, I guess," Tifa replied merrily as they walked to the other side, heading towards Axel and the rest. Having counted the numbers herself before they all broke off, and knowing Axel's team won, she sighed, her brows scrunching together at the conclusion.

She heard the coach's shout, claiming it a tie, and she was going to smile until Axel opened his mouth and was set against it. Damn it, he counted too, but it was expected from him, knowing he wanted to see the results. As she and Rei got neare, her lips formed intoa frown at what he was speaking, the arrogant tone of his present in every syllable. She remarked annoyingly to Rei, glancing at her with a irate expression, "A little bit too high on his throne, isn't he?"

 

Sharix wwalked back to the locker room after fixing all the balls around the gym. Before walking out, she heard that her team had won. With that, it sent a small smile across her face. wow, Axel started at the top and he still stayed there, good job though....but like I really care, he is tha team captain after all. she thought then goes to her locker.

 

OOC: Haha, yeah. I think Rei would just admire it, XDD

"Yeah, I guess..." Rei said as they approached Axel. He was acting pretty arogant, but they did win. When she heard the coach's remark about a second round, she smiled and grew excited again.
We'll get 'em Monday...
When she reached Axel, she gave him a playful punch in the arm, grinning. "Good job, Axel. But you better watch out come Monday. It was pretty close today, I wish it would have gone longer."

 

"I'm saying, I would have probably kicked your a** in the end, " Axel remarked egotistically, half to taunt, but he even sounded serious at the take. Though he knew, if it was all up to Rei and him, they would probably be going at it until they both fainted on the floor. Despite his words, he stared at Rei imressed, giving her a feather light punch to his chin with his knuckles playfully. "You didn't do too bad yourself, Baby. Even Tifa, without her powers. But we still won. Though I found it funny how she tried to hit Roxas and failing miserably...then again, he is my best friend. The awesomness would pass down."

Tifa growled, slapping his arm in retaliation, glowering at him. She had to admit, that she didn't appreciate when Axel goes on his I'm-the-best-thing-since-sliced-bread attitude, more if his cockiness what directed at people. "Can't help the rat is quick. Though at least his head isn't the size of the sun concerning self-worth and pure male arrogance."

Axel sent her a simple wink, raising his eyebrows at the busty female before him. He was elated, and not even Tifa's jibes could get him down. "You know you love me."

She scoffed. "I know I love you enough to kill you."

 

OCC: It's lunch now right?

Sharix was now changed into her unifrom. She zipps up her jacket, closes her locker, grabs her bag, and head to the canteen.

 

Rei kept smiling, but was a little suprised about Axel's first comment's tone of seriousness. Then again, this was Axel we're talking about, and his mood changed into a more cheerful one. "Oh, don't worry. You'd just have to watch your own *ss at the same time, let alone win." Rei droosed her arms, still exhausted from that morning and the dodgeball game. But next was luch, and she was starving.

OOC: Hey, I'll prolly have to go in 15 minutes. Man, I miss everything when it starts :)
