KH- Fast Food Madness!

Kairi jerked her head up when she saw him move a bit in discomfort. The cops were outside...Maybe they could help him...

 

Sora looked over at Kairi, trying to mask the pain that he felt. He hoped he wasn't worrying her too much.

 

Kairi eyed him carefully. His face was different now, and she didn't like the fact that he was trying to cover it up. She knew he wasn't feeling well.

 

Sora reached for her hand and closed his eyes again.

 

Kairi gently grabbed his hand. He had to be feeling terrible, and she didn't like it. She leaned foward and kissed his cheek. She hated seeing him like this. Even once was too much.

 

Sora let out a small smile and put his hand to Kairi's cheek. He began to stroke her cheek with his thumb.

 

Kairi smiled weakly at Sora. She wanted him to feel better.

 

Sora opened his eyes and looked into Kairi's eyes. She still looked afraid. He wished that he had the energy to say something. Anything that would make them both feel better.

 

Kairi exhaled slowly. She reached up with her free hand and took hold of his hand on her cheek. She held it there as she stared at him. "You tired?" she asked softly.

 

"A little bit." Sora said weakly, feeling the warmth of Kairi's hands on his.

 

"Do you want to lay down?" Kairi asked. If he didn't have the energy to get upstairs to her room he could stay on the couch, but she was going to be with him either way.

 

Sora nodded and gently took his hands away from Kairi. He felt pain as he slowly tried to lower himself into a lying position. He could still hear police sirens outside.

 

Kairi watched him. He would be a lot more comfortable lying his head in her lap than on the arm of that couch. She had to sleep on it last night, after all, and she knew it was uncomfortable. Kairi sighed quietly.

 

Sora let out a sigh when he finally made it into a laying position. He put his head on his arm and closed his eyes again. The police sirens continued to wail. He hated it.

 

Kairi pat his leg. Maybe some sleep would help.

 

Sora angrilly put his free hand over his ear, trying to block out the sirens. They were giving him a headache...and some painful memories.

 

Kairi got up and looked out the window. Why were there sirens going off? The accident was over a while ago.

 

Sora forced himself to sit up on the couch. He grabbed his head when he felt really dizzy again.

 

Kairi glanced at Sora and then back at the window. This was ridiculous. Should she go outside?

 

"What's going on?" Sora tried to lift himself off the couch.
