KH- Fast Food Madness!

Sora turned around and smiled at Kairi. Then he noticed her shaking. His smile faded into a frown of concern. He walked up to her. "What's wrong?" He asked softly.

 

"N-Nothing," she stuttered. Kairi winced again at her own mistake; the stuttering gave it away.

 

Sora felt his eyes widen at Kairi's shaky voice. "Kairi?" He asked again, his eyes searching hers.

 

Kairi flicked her eyes to Sora's. She stared at them with uncertainty, and then looked down. Her hands were still shaking. What was wrong with her?

 

Sora looked down and saw that she was still shaking. His worries increased. What had happened? He reached over and grabbed Kairi's shaking hands.

 

His warm hands wrapped around hers and she sighed. Her breath was shakey too. God, what's wrong with me?! Kairi closed her eyes and bit her lip when she heard a car horn beep from outside, the memory of the car stopping only inches from her reappearing in her mind.

 

Sora turned around at the sound of the car blast. He turned around and saw Kairi was trembling a little more. He looked down at her and tried to figure out what she wasn't saying.

 

The whole moment was flooding her mind now. The squealing tires. The car racing toward her at too fast of a speed that she could avoid. Her eyes wide in fear and time seemed to slow down. Kairi squeezed her eyes shut and sucked in a breath as she remembered the second she realized she couldn't get away. One person's face had run through her mind as the car came toward her. Sora.

 

Goofy grabs the order, puts in a bag, and puts it out the window to hand to Pete. Unfortunatly, he's a bit out of reach, and he can't move his seatbelt enough to grab the bag. "Gawrsh Petey, looks like yer gonna haveta get out and take it." Goofy said sheepishly.

"I ain't gettin' outta nuthin', you Goof. Just toss it to me!" Pete shouts, openeing his window a bit more.

"Okay,...if you say so Pete.." Goofy goes on unassuredly, and hurls the bag out the window at top speed.

"Wait! Wait! Not so-!" But too late, the bag hits Pete's face and explodes on inpact. Two slices of tomato covers his eyes, ketchup smeared all on his nose, and a pickle slice "smiley face" on his lips, he only looks slightly happy.

"And here's your drink, Ayuck!" Goofy says as he tosses the hot coffee out the window and into the shaking Pete. Pete knows what will happen. He knew that this was a bad idea. And his fears were proven true as the searing coffee burst right in the center of his lap. "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOUCH!" Pete screams to the highheavens and puts the peddle to the metal as speeds out of sight.

"Hey you jip. That was $4.16!" Goofy yells out as Pete's car smashes headway into another car on the road.

 

Sora looked down into Kairi's blank eyes. He felt his heart rate pick up. "Kairi, you're scaring me." His own voice trembled as he stared at the girl.

 

Kairi stared blankly out in front of her. She didn't even see her living room anymore. Her mind had replaced the room with the image of the white car flying toward her. Just as the memory of when she braced herself for the impact filled her mind, Kairi re-enacted the moment without even realizing it. She put her hands up in front of her face and turned away as if she was actually there, in the street again.

 

Sora suddenly let go of Kairi's hands when she moved her hands up to her face. He began to panic. WHAT WAS GOING ON? How could he help if he didn't know what was going on. He did the one thing that seemed logical at the moment, he tightly wrapped her in his arms.

 

OOC: Feedback on my Pete/Goofy episode? xP I try to stay true to characters.

As Hercules was lifted onto the stretcher, much to the physical discomfort of the lifters, Demyx watched. Within the next minutes, the ambulance sped off, and the fast food resteraunt was almost silent. "I can't believe you kill a demiGod!" Demyx shouts in disbelief at Axel. "Now McDonald's doesn't have a busboy! If we don't somehow pay up, we're dead!" Demyx panics and almsot faints.

Again, Goofy was bored.

 

Kairi kept her eyes closed as she sucked in a shaky breath, her face buried in Sora's shoulder. The fear and realization that she could've died or gotten seriously injured just now hit her. One single sob escaped her as she stood there. Her shoulders, along with the rest of her body, still shook from the fear.

 

OOC: Very good and true to the characters. It's funny =D

"I think you mean Wendy's" Axel pointed out. "And I didn't kill him, he ran into a wall!"

Sora felt his eyes fill with tears of fear and concern. He didn't know what was going on, and he couldn't have been more worried about Kairi. He hugged her tighter.

 

Kairi inhaled a shaky breath, her vision blurry and a tear trickling down her cheek. She felt Sora's arms tighten around her small form and she wrapped her arms around him. Another car horn sounded outside and Kairi let out a short whimper, wincing and tightening her arms around Sora. God...why am I acting like such a baby? she kept thinking, but she couldn't help it. She had yet another near-death experience and it was too close for her own comfort. Way too close.

 

Sora felt paniced. Kairi was obviously freaking out because of the cars outside. What could Sora do to relax her? He let go of her a little and led her into the living room. He sat her down on the couch and went to get tissues.

 

Kairi bit her lip, trying her hardest to knock off the crying and stop the tears. She had to stop. She had to...

 

Sora looked around the kitchen for tissues. Where were they? He curiously peeked out the front window and saw that there was a car accident out front. No wonder it was so noisy. Sora closed the shades again and finally saw the box of tissues. He picked them up and walked towards the living room.

 

Kairi sniffled. The sobs had finally quit, but a few tears strayed out of her eyes here and there. She looked up at Sora as he entered the room, noticing his worried expression. She mentally cursed at herself. She was worrying him again....
