KH- Fast Food Madness!

Kairi continued running down the hall, looking left and right through the doors to see if Sora was anywhere in sight. Kairi groaned when he wasn't in that particular hallway. She turned down another.

 

Sora gasped and threw up his arms to protect his face. There was no way he could take all of them at once! He might have been able to take down one or two, but he still felt extremely weak and exhausted. Still, he had to fight. He blocked their blows and threw out a few of his own. One guard flew back and landed on the floor and didn't get back up. That's one down, Sora thought tiredly.

Sora let out a groan when the thug hit him in the gut. He fell to the ground in a crumpled pile. He tried to block off their hits but it wasn't too helpful. He felt another kick hit his stomach and vomit blood.

 

Kairi heard thumps and outcries and turned down the hallway, rushing to the sound. She knew Sora would be there, but she hated it. She skidded to a stop in front of a door that read "Conference Room." With a grunt, she yanked the door open and immediately stopped. Blood on the floor. Sora curled up in a ball. "Stop! What are you doing to him!?"

 

Sora wiped his chin and rose to his feet. "Kairi, run!" He ordered as he pushed her away and charged at one of the goons. His punch landed right at the jaw, but the man barely noticed. He reajusted his jaw and kicked Sora in the gut.

 

Kairi hesitated. She didn't want to leave Sora here! They were going to kill him with the way things were going!

"Something doesn't feel right," Roxas said suddenly. "I just got this strange feeling..."

 

"It's been about five minutes, let's go in." Axel stood up and walked towards the exit.

Sora grabbed his stomach in pain. He looked up at man with fiery anger shining in his eyes. He charged up again and kicked the man over the head. Apparently not prepared for the attack, the man fell to the ground with a loud thud. "Go!" He yelled again, blocking himself from another punch.

 

Roxas didn't walk, he ran. This feeling he was having, it wasn't normal. It was as if a sudden vibe washed over him and it was dangerous. Too dangerous. He knew they needed to get in there, as soon as possible.

Kairi glanced at the rest of the guards in the room. One was smiling evilly at her. With a whimper, Kairi opened the door and started running.

"Come on, sweetcheeks. Don't be shy," he called.

Kairi looked risked a glance behind her, and another whine escaped her throat. She pushed herself harder, adrenaline rushing through her body.

 

OoC: Um, could I get a recap? My computer hasn't been working very well, so I won't be able to log on as often for now.

 

Sora slugged the jerk that had called out to Kairi and was thrilled when his body collapsed. Only two guards left. Sora gasped when one came at him with a knife. That wasn't fair! Sora dodged him and twist his arm back, hearing him whimper. No, it hadn't been a whimper. It was a laugh. The man twisted around, grabbed Sora, and threw him against a wall. Sora grunted as his body toppled to the ground.

OOC: Sora's being kept against his will. Kairi had come in to see him in a disguise and the villians know it. So they had set up more security. Sora tricked the guards and broke free and is now alone fighting the doctor and some goons. Kairi is running away from the scene and Roxas is entering the hospital to help. Nobody is using weapons; only fists. That's about it.

 

Kairi had one thing on her mind, and that was saving Sora. The only way she could do it, though, was to find Axel and Roxas, which was her destination. She ran through the halls, taking the stairs because the elevator was too slow. She ran out of the lobby and into the street, seeing their figures only a little bit away. "Roxas! Axel!"

"There she is!" Roxas cried.

 

"Where's Sora?" Axel asked Kairi as she caught her breath.

"This has been fun, but let's end this now." The doctor ordered the two final thugs.

Sora wearily rose to his feet. He could barely stand, but he had no choice but to keep fighting. The longer they were distracted, the longer Kairi had to make it out of the building safely.

Sora let out a yell as he jumped and pounced on the armed thug, knocking him down to the floor with Sora on top of him. The knife was out of reach now for both of them. Sora knocked him out and turned around to punch the other thug. He got in a lucky blow to the face and saw the final man crumble and fall.

Sora heard the sound of a gun click. He faced the doctor and saw a gun aimed right at himself.

 

"He's in the conference room...on the third floor!" Kairi stood up. "We have to go! Now!" She took off running for the hospital again.

Roxas sprinted after her.

 

"I really underestimated you, you know that? I should have known you were this strong, even with all the medicine we've been giving you." The safety clicked off. "This is for you, buddy." He whispered as he pulled the trigger.

 

Kairi skidded to a stop in the lobby. "NO!" Kairi hurried straight for the stairs.

 

Sora dodged the bullet by dropping his body a little bit. That was too close for comfort. He ran around the sides of the room and charge at the doctor. He put a hand on his wrist and aimed the gun away from himself. Another bullet went into the ceiling.

 

Kairi heard the next gunshot, and whimpered quietly. "Sora!" She climbed the stairs quickly, reaching the third floor and bursting through the door into the hallway.

Roxas skipped a stair at a time, right behind Kairi. He followed her as she ran through the halls.

"Sora!" Kairi screamed again, running through the hallway. The conference room was only a few feet away. She skidded to a halt and yanked open the door.

 

Axel ran right behind the other two. He didn't like that sound...

"You'll never win." The man grunted as he used his weight to push back Sora. Sora took a few steps and recovered his balance panting heavily and staring at the fraud. The man let out a roar and charged at Sora, punching him right in the chest. Sora let out a cry and fell back against the wall.

 

"Sora!" Kairi cried.

Roxas pushed past her. "Hey!"

 

Sora grunted and forced himself to his feet at the sound of Kairi and Roxas's voices. His world began to blur, but it didn't matter. He had to fight...even if he couldn't anymore he had to try.

"You again?" The man spoke to Kairi. "I think it's time you disapeared." He aimed the gun at her.

 

Kairi froze, her eyes wide.
