KH- Fast Food Madness!

Sora stumbled and rose to his feet, knocking away a persistant heartless with his keyblade.

 

Kairi stared at him, her hopes revived. He wasn't gone. He was still alive, with her. Her eyes were glued to him, and she didn't see the Heartless that flung her to the ground. Oathkeeper was knocked away from her reach. She didn't know how to summon a Keyblade back to her yet, and her heart raced as she stared at the Heartless in front of her.

 

Sora ran forward and clumsily got rid of the heartless that was about to pounce on Kairi. He wheezed as he continued to attack the heartless.

 

Riku remained motionless on the ground, still regaining strength. Several heartless took this as an opportunity and piled themselves upon him, each hoping for his heart.
Just give me a few more seconds, you guys. he thought to himself, slowly becoming more conscious. We're gonna clean up this mess and everything will be back to normal.

 

She scrambled to her feet, grabbing Oathkeeper. "Heh! Ha!" she cried, slashing two Shadows away.

Roxas hit a Heartless away temporarily. "Sora! How you holdin' up?!"

 

"Not good...I'm gonna collapse soon." Sora said breathlessly as he swung at another shadow.

 

"Oh, no, you're not!" Kairi cried. "Not when I'm here, Sora. You're going to stay with me, okay?" She was beside him now, her back against his, making sure not to put too much weight on his weak form.

Roxas piled on a combo and landed right beside Riku's form.

 

Sora nodded and jumped at another heartless, making it disapear in a dark mist. He winced when another shadow scratched at his legs. He spun around and stabbed it with his keyblade. His chest hurt so badly that soon, no matter how much Kairi encouraged him, he would collapse.

 

Kairi slashed at another heartless that jumped at her. It's black blood went everywhere, covering Kairi's arms and part of her outfit. "Ha!" She slashed at another that came her way.

 

Sora turned around and swung at another. He gasped and leaned against the wall, grabbing his chest in pain.

 

An eye opened. A mouth grinned.
I'm back. he thought to himself. For good, this time.
Riku jumped up, swirls of light surrounding him. The heartless that had been mounted on him were now faded away. For a moment, he looked around at everyone who was fighting with all of their strength, which was quickly disappearing.
"Well," he said, cracking his knuckles and kicking the black blindfold that sat on the ground next to him. "Looks like there's some work to be done."
He grinned and summoned his keyblade, killing many heartless.
"Roxas!" he shouted, pointing to a huge heartless forming out of several other heartless. "C'mon, we can beat this thing in no time flat! Plus, if we don't get back to work, we can say goodbye to that paycheck!"
Quickly, he held his keyblade with one hand, and urged for Roxas to grab the other so that he could throw Roxas to the head of the heartless beast where it was most vulnerable.

 

Roxas turned around and noticed the Heartless on Riku's form. "Hey!" He threw one up in the air and piled on an air combo.

Kairi got a scractch on her upper arm from a Neoshadow, which caused her to wince and backup in pain. It hit her again, this time on the leg. "Agh!" she screamed shortly. She swung at it, but missed, and it scratched her in the stomach, making claw marks in her pink outfit, blood oozing from her scratches. She winced at the stinging of the wound, but tried her best to ignore it. Kairi knew she couldn't play the Damsel in Distress, or else Sora would try to help her, and then he'd end up causing himself more pain. She couldn't do that. So, she swung at the Heartless that scratched her with both hands on her Keyblade, a cry escaping her throat.

"C'mon!" Roxas cried, grabbing hold of Riku's extended hand.

 

Sora leaned forward again and stumbled towards Kairi, defeating two heartless that had been behind her. He propped himself up using the keyblade as a stabilizer.

 

Riku quickly threw Roxas into the air who landed on the large heartless' shoulder. Then, Riku ran up the side of the heartless and landed on the other shoulder.
"This is almost too easy." he muttered, holding the keyblade above his head, prepared to finish off the heartless. "You ready, Roxas?"

 

Sora lift up his keyblade and slashed at a few more. Then a shadow pounced on him and knocked him on his back. Not again... He thought as the heartless scratched his face.

 

"Let's do it!" Roxas cried, holding Oblivion up in the air.

 

Riku charged at the head of the heartless and began slashing violently. The beast raised its hands and tried to smash the two boys with them, but to no avail. Quickly, Riku slashed at its shoulder until one arm fell off of it. The arm made a loud crashing noise as it hit the ground, and surprisingly did not fade away.
"What the-?!" Riku exclaimed, seeing the arm turn into dozens of heartless. "That's just great."
"No worries, little dudes." a familiar voice said. "I've got this undercover!"
Xigbar flew into the room and shot bullets everywhere, killing plenty of heartless.

 

The heartless on top of Sora suddenly burst into flames. Startled, Sora rose to his feet.

"Sora, you aren't supposed to fight right after your surgeries. Got it memorized?" Axel lit some more heartless on fire. "Now get going."

Sora stumbled and leaned against one of the walls, relieved to see that help had arrived.

 

Roxas slashed and fought the monster, stopping when he heard a familar voice. A bullet went flying into the monster. "Xigbar!" Roxas jumped down, dodging the sudden heartless that were getting burned. He was surprised by the red hair that stuck out. "Axel!" Roxas couldn't help but smile as his friends came to help.

Kairi ran away from the shots being fired, finding Sora. "C'mon. We have to go!" She offered her hand out to him.

 

Sora reached for Kairi's hand and grabbed it, letting her lead him out of the jail.

"Yup, I'm here." Axel shouted over the battle noise. He knocked up a dozen heartless. "You'd be hopeless without me."
