KH- Fast Food Madness!

Sora let out a shaky breath and felt tears hovering behind his closed eyelids.

 

Kairi stopped walking, standing next to his bed. "Are you all right?" she asked softly, her eyes full of concern.

 

Sora opened his eyes and looked at Kairi, keeping his tears bottled up. "Yeah," he answered softly, his hand clenched in a fist.

 

Kairi kept her blue eyes on him, hesitating a little. "...Are you sure?" she whispered.

 

"Just in some pain," Sora spoke softly as he gave her a weak smile that quickly disapeared. "What else is new though?"

 

She bit her lip in disappointment. "I'll go get the doctor if you want," Kairi volunteered quietly.

 

Sora shook his head slightly, looking up at her. "No, it's okay." He said quietly.

OOC: Be back in a little bit, the computer's being taken away from me. Dx

 

Kairi frowned slightly, not sure what to say. She wouldn't go get the doctor if Sora didn't want her to, but she was still worried, and it was expressed in her eyes.

OOC: All right. I understand.

 

"Kairi?" Sora spoke softly, looking down for a moment and then turning his gaze back to her. "Could you help me get to the window?" He asked quietly. He was so sick and tired of being in the bed.

 

Kairi quit biting her lip and nodded.

 

Sora smiled weakly and put his hand down on the bed, slowly pushing himself into a fully upright position. He bit down on his lip and closed his eyes halfway as he forced himself to move.

 

Kairi stepped to the side so he could bring his legs over the bed.

 

Sora sucked in a breath and turned his body to the side, his legs dangling off the side of his bed. His head already felt really funny, but he hid it the best he could.

 

Kairi bit her lip as she watched him. She'd do what she could, but she needed Sora to tell her when so she didn't accidentally hurt him.

 

Sora bit down harder on his lip and put his hand down on the bed next to him, slowly pushing himself off the bed. He shut his eyes halfway and looked down at the floor.

 

Kairi put her hand lightly on his good shoulder, looking at him with concerned eyes.

 

Sora exhaled slowly, almost fully upright now. Though he hadn't looked up, he could feel Kairi's eyes watching him.

 

As she watched him, Kairi hoped his legs weren't too weak from not being used in the last few days. She didn't want Sora to fall.

 

When Sora was fully upright, he let out a long breath. He looked down at his legs, and he could feel them shaking. He quickly locked his knees in place.

 

Kairi let her hand drop from his shoulder, but she kept her eyes on him. She was a little uneasy that something would happen, but she shook it off.
